Fuel American Grill — Restaurant in Sioux City

So my story starts with me trying to get a piece of pizza but the one under the warmer had been there for obviously sometime and they just had a new pizza come out that was fresh so I asked them can I get a fresh piece and they said that they couldn't do that that they had to finish the other Pizza first before they can give out the new one listen if a pizza cost that much and I'm the customer and I'm spending money in your Casino and I asked for a fresh piece rather than a old dried out burnt piece then you should probably do that you'd imagine they were rude. Went there last night, and while in general this was our best experience at Hard Rock, Fuel American Grill was the highlight. Every person there that we interacted with was friendly and even understanding to what i thought was our unusual needs. Food came out quickly. I took it to our hotel room and ate while wife came back later and at that time was too late to eat, so she brought it home and heated it up at home and her exact words were "those cheeseballs were AMAZING" so she was just as happy with hers next day as I was having mine fresh. The pictures showing food isn't related to food Fuel serves or the presentation of what's served. That food is over cooked, rushed, overpriced, and not at all tasty. I did have a good experience with a desert though. It was pretty expensive I thought but tasted decent compared to the food. I believe tha fuel has changed somewhat wit the items offered and availability served. I asked for coffee one day and I couldn't get it.
