McDonald's — Restaurant in Sioux City

So me and my lovely girl pull up in the drive through and this guy says to hang on and she is having a bit of trouble deciding what she wanted and I'm ordering for other people and myself so she has time. The issue comes when I need to ask what she decides on and this man child gets so impatient when I say one second that he mumbles through the speaker saying it's supposed to be fast food and then is also asking what it is I wanted. Which really pisses me off. Keep in mind there is no one behind us. No need for any rush just pure garbage service. So we get to the window and he tells me the price and I said it doesn't seem right for what I ordered and I ask if he had all the stuff and I added something because he was too impatient and told me to go to the window before I could even finish my last sentence at the speaker. So then he says he will give me a receipt and I said yes please, cause it was a decent amount of stuff. And then proceeds to not give me a receipt so when I ask he gets mad and shakes his head and walks off. Like the man child he is. Long story short I got my receipt and all my items and this man shouldn't be working in a service industry especially not if he can't take someone upholding his own words. I worked at McDonald's for 3 years I was also a manager a lot of people don't understand that the corporate office or the owner has certain times and standards that we have to go by. The crew members in the management always have to have a smile have to be in a good mood, the customer is always right and no matter how ridiculous some people can be when they come inside or in the Drive-Thru we still have to have a smile on her face and give them what they want. This McDonald's here is a joke, not one of them repeat the order back to you they don't smile they don't say hi they just grab your card swipe it and hand it back and they tell you to go back to the next window. The managers there was an a** he decided that would be a great idea to almost toss me my drink and all he said was here you go in and slam the window in my face. The majority other reviews to this place is a one-star which is horrible I can understand getting the wrong food every once in awhile for McDonald's which is just normal you get busy and get the food out that's fine but at least be nice while...

I placed a mobile order and paid, upon arrival the order is gone and says its been picked up. I go inside and wait for a good 5 minutes and never got helped. I finally ask a worker for help and she rolls her eyes at me and says "what". I explain my problem and she does nothing. Another worker Josh overheard and came over, I reexplained it to him and he said I need to check my email and it'll say it's pending payment. I check and it says nothing of the sort. He freezes. Says the same thing over and over. I show him my app, email, and Cashapp and it's all showing it went through. Nothing he says is adding up.
