Never been here before but then ended up going two days in a row, once for dinner Saturday night and Lunch Sunday morning. On my first visit, everything was good except my food came out way after everyone else’s food. They were more than adequately apologetic about the situation which actually impressed me. Stuff happens, how a business handles a situation when things don’t go perfectly is almost as important as making sure nothing goes wrong to begin with. They obviously have passion for what they do and high standards for themselves. They ended up giving me a gift card on top of their apology which is why I returned for lunch the next day to verify that my hunch was correct and that my late food was a fluke.
Both visits service was excellent and food was fantastic. For a started we tried the Naughty Fries. The meat in that was so tender and the verde surprisingly authentic tasting. Great appetizer! I ordered the Pork Lo Mein both times, the second time just to see if it came out with the other food, which it did. Really really good dish! Excellently seasoned! My wife decided to trade with me (yeah, that happens) and I ended eating the Vietnamese Fried Chicken Sandwich which I was not at all disappointed about. That is a next level fantastic chicken sandwich! Portion size on that is huge! I’ve only had one better chicken sandwich and that was at the Test Kitchen in Minneapolis. My son got the Oktoberfest Burger - Plain (just meat and cheese). I did try a bite of that and I’ve got to say that between the burger and the bun, it stands really well on its own! For a plain burger, it had great flavor and the bun was super soft and fresh. I may have to order that next time to see what it tastes like with all the intended flavors added.
Great atmosphere and a a huge outdoor HEATED dining area.
This is another great find, love to find a place like this that keeps such high standards in service and food. ...

Food is overrated though. Was told it was a 20-30 minute wait which is standard. However, I ended up waiting about 45 minutes.
Got the chicken sandwich and burger. Was told fries weren't an option instead of chips even though House Fries were listed on the menu. Not sure if they were just out when we visited or what. Was told the chips were "house made" and while I was waiting for my order, I saw a box of chips sitting on a shelf in the back. Chips were very hard.
Chicken tasted burnt and was very dry. So either it was actually burnt or the oil they were using in the frier was super old. I'm leaning towards actually just overcooked.
Burger was just OK. Didn't seem like there was much seasoning on it. I asked for sauces on the side as i had never had the sauces offered before and I got home to realize they weren't in the bag, so that was disappointing. The tomato on the burger was super sad looking and there was no lettuce as advertised. I only requested no pickles when I ordered so everything else should've come with it.
Overall a very disappointing visit. Had I ordered in-house, I would've said something during the visit, but I ordered to-go and didn't discover all of this until I was home, about 10 minute drive. Didn't have time return to have them try to fix anything.
Again though - the staff that I interacted with were very nice while I placed my order and while I...
