Team work makes the dream work & to have a good team you first need good management! This location definitely has good management! When I was here on 12/01/24 I met their very special manager, named Lisa! She really knows customer service! I was there for lunch around noon when, unfortunately, the girl at the register was not having a good day! It was obvious by the very unpleasant way she took my order. She barely said a word and never responded to what I said. It made me feel really uncomfortable. Especially when she handed me my receipt and didn't say anything when I thanked her. I honestly never complain! I just let it go and keep it moving! I didn't plan on saying anything on this occasion either but the manager (Lisa) just happened to be cleaning the area by the drink machine when I was there so I chose to briefly mention it to her. I was so thankful I did because she completely turned my negative experience into a positive one! She was so kind and non judgemental. She even gave me a gift certificate for a free box combo and my very own little Canes dog that I proudly have hanging from my rearview mirror! The chicken fingers were ok, I just assumed they would be better having heard so many people rave about them. The dipping sauce was delicious! Without sauce, the chicken was rather bland. The bread and the fries were very good but the coleslaw was a major letdown. It was the run of the mill slaw that everyone seems to serve these days and it didnt appear to be fresh as it lacked some crunch and tasted slightly wilted. If the slaw had been better I would have given you 5 stars. The employees were very friendly and the place was clean. I speak from experience, as I spent years in Food and Beverage Management. I also tipped them 5 dollars because they were doing great, until I realized the huge inconvenience of driving a total of 40minz to get a refund, because who eats a box combo only using 1 sauce? Lol am I right? As I went inside, full of rage, 3 of the best employees were behind the counter, and they gave me my money back, they also tried to go above that. These women were very customer oriented and sweet, if you guys ever have an issue, the management here are excellent,and it will be resolved!
