Visited on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, 1:45 pm. New and clean-- that's all it is for this location. Drinks were terrible. I ordered the handcrafted salted non-dairy caramel cookie matcha that was on the menu. I tried the drink a few times at other locations before and liked it very much. So, I ordered it here when in town. The drink was bland and too milky compared to the other locations. The facility is run by immature teens.I think it's great for the young kids to work and experience earning money. But, training, problem solving skills, and standards of the company should be addressed. Don't lose your customers just because you want to put young people to work. I believe everyone can work hard to reach the Starbucks quality. But, supervisors and trainers should be there to help them solve problems.
Here, service was depending on who served you. The cashier seemed nice. I ordered a 'tomato & mozzarella sandwich'. However, the girl, who prepared my sandwich, threw away all my sundried tomato. I saw her opening my pre-package sandwich hard enough for the assembled sandwich to jump out and the tomato got out. I did not say anything and she didn't see me looking. I watched her while she assembled the sandwich back together and put it in the heated oven. The tomato was thrown to the trash. Good thinking on the sanitary aspect. However, it was served to me without tomato (only bread, cheese, and pesto). I'd expect that she told me what happened or offered another sandwich with all ingredients. I talked to the male cashier what I saw. But, he didn't believe me. he said ' oh, the sandwich was pre-made, so you got what it's there prepackaged. The girl didn't look at any of us when I reported this. I emphasized to the cashier what I saw. Finally, he offered heating up a new one for me. So, that's a fair solution, I think. My husband ordered an iced latte. And, he said they put the wrong milk in his drink. But, he tasted it when we were driving away already, so he just accepted...
Read moreAt the beginning of this week I went through the drive through and waited in line for 30 minutes, go to the window to get my "tall, hot black coffee" . It was sitting on the counter. lid off and then they added cream. I took it because I needed to leave and...it was ice cold. Today, I place a mobile order 30 mins prior to my arrival to ensure it would be ready when we arrived. The order was 5 drinks and 2 orders of egg bites. After waiting 20+ minutes inside (after the 30 min drive over) we asked about our order. It had been canceled because the Barista thought it was someone else's order. (No, I had not received a credit for my pre-paid order). The manager then places another order for us and tells the two Baristas to put our order through before everyone else's order. One Barista did as he was asked, while the other did not and she was more concerned with giving away free unclaimed coffee's than making sure our drinks were made. After she offered the drinks, I said, "No thank you, I would just like my order that I placed over an hour ago." She snapped at me and said, "We're working on it, we are short handed as you can see." My question is...if you are short handed and have tons of tickets backed up, why are you walking around and not making coffee's and snapping at your guests? All of this is happening with the manager present and not doing anything about any of this mess. I can honestly say this had been the worst experience at a Starbucks ever. I do not recommend this location to anyone at this time. Hopefully changes will come soon and things will get better. One suggestion that I have that could have saved everyone in this situation is when it is a mobile order, before canceling it, double check the receipt number and confirm that you are canceling the correct order. Simple as that. This Starbucks has always been my go to and never have I had issues like these...
Read more•••Update. It's because I'm picking up for Doordash. Of course. I am 3rd rate citizen because I assist Starbucks customers in getting orders delivered. Yesterday, I simply asked how long of a wait for the order I was there to pick up and that was all it took to cause discontent amongst the staff. So much so that they stopped working on my order and began making and calling out names for pick up orders of people who were not even there. While I stood there much longer than needed. That'll teach me! Unbelievable immaturity and petty non profesional work ethic. Again! WHERE ARE THE ADULTS?
The children running this franchise (Seriously, where are the adults?) have once again proven themselves to be without professional customer service skills. Only this time they were huddled together laughing and commenting on my rainbow tye dye shirt and matching shoes I wore in tribute to pride month. It became uncool to be the one to complete my order. I asked about my order, they said it's being bagged up now. Five minutes later my order was still on the counter not bagged. They would all stare and giggle but practically refused to complete my order Immature and pathetic!
After this review was posted, they suggest I share it with another webpage for Starbucks. This is the laziness and lack of professionalism I am talking about.
Also, after I posted this review, the children running this store obviously recognized me and continued to stare at me.
Where are the adults?
These kids act like they are invisible when they act this way. I look down at my phone and some kid employee stares me down like I can't see him. Ever heard of peripheral vision? Or situational awareness? You are not getting away with being a child simply because you "think" you are too smooth to be seen. You're simply proving the fact that you...
