Had several orders. One of the orders was a beef-n-cheddar, half pound sandwich with lettuce, tomato and onion with cheese sauce on the side. Order of five, cream cheese jalapenos. The sandwich had a lather of cheese sauce on it. Instead of the jalapenos, there were cheese sticks on the tray. Took them back out of courtesy and honesty. Told the employee. She told the manager and the manager told her no food can be returned after a customer touches the food. I told the I would take them if it was no charge. The manager had the audacity to tell the employee to throw them away while I was standing there. Four cheese sticks that I was not trying to get for free. I was appalled as to what the manager said, especially while I was standing there, people are going hungry, food prices are sky high and she ditched four cheese sticks. This is the reason for my comment. Her actions were inexcusable. I was a manager for years and I would have told a customer to keep them because we can not take food back after it leaves the counter. Four cheese sticks, cheese sticks are the reason for this comment and the manager's actions are what inspired me to give this review. Never will I go here again to spend money. I would not want my cash, that I have in my wallet and I touched because to hand them because I would be afraid that they could/would not take/accept the cash and throw that away. There is nothing to discuss. My comment is pretty well much self explanatory. The manager instructed one of her employees to throw away four cheese sticks because: 1) I had touched the box because I returned them as I did not order them. I ordered a five piece jalapenos. 2) I to the girl I would keep them if there was no charge. 3) The manager told her employee to throw them away anyhow. 4) I was honest. 5) So I assume that manager would never take cash to pay for an order because I touched the cash while handing the cash to her. 6) She might throw the...

I asked for another with ice - tried to hand back my drink for another - but instead he gave me a cup full of ice to pour over my already flat watered down ice drink. My "meal" if you want to call it that - was cold curly fries and a poorly made chicken wrap with cold chicken.
I don't know what it is about this area but all the restaurants seems to be suffering from lackluster service and quality with a few exceptions. High prices - bad service - bad food. What a time to be alive.
Do yourself a favor and go to Chic-Fila across the street. They wouldn't serve a dog what I was served here.
Arbys - if you wonder why Chic-Fila is winning while you are losing - this is the reason. Study what they do and rinse and repeat. Be cheerful. Throw out food and drinks when they've been cooling or heating longer than 30 seconds. Stop serving crap if you want people...
Read moreI have been to this spot a few times. They are usually empty, the workers are very kind and take your orders without problems. I usually get my food in a few minutes. The food is really amazing, and I love their chicken sandwiches. The chicken is always crispy, with the lettuce being pretty fresh, and also has a nice satisfying crunch. The fries are usually exceptional every time I go, but with the most recent visit, although they were nice and crispy, they were a little cold and underseasoned. I also enjoy their Dijon honey mustard sauce. It's some of the best honey mustard I've had at a fast food joint. It just has the right blend of honey and mustard that many other honey mustard sauces do not get right. I absolutely love coming here. I'm not sure why this place isn't more popular or busy than it is. Overall, this place has great service with even greater food! I will definitely be back for more...
