i came in around 8:40, my first mistake was coming in so close to closing hours. i came in and order a number 17 and 16, (hot sandwiches are not a good idea btw). after the meat and sides were cooked, they wrapped up my meal and handed it over. what i didn’t realize is that i had to tell them ahead of time that i wanted lettuce tomato pickles etc etc, as this was my first time ever being at a jersey mikes. so i asked if they could possibly add these items. i’m not upset about my own mistakes, im irritated by the reaction of who i believe was the lead on shift. she was rude and had an attitude. i got to the payment and these sandwiches were $16.50 a piece. my thoughts here are “wow 36.22 for full sandwiches are a lot, but my partner says they’re the best so let’s see”. TELL ME WHY I GET MY SANDWICHES AND THEYRE MID. i looked at my partner and said “you paid $16.50 for this? never again, you wouldn’t catch me dead” LIKE YALL PAY THAT MUCH FOR MEDIOCRE SANDWICHES? i swear on my life i could’ve gotten a better sandwich at subway. my partner was also upset they didn’t do it “mikes way” (what in the world is that????) and i said “i’m sorry i didn’t know” and she said “they didn’t offer?” “no” “well they’re supposed to. that’s weird” apparently it would’ve been so much better mikes way. i highly doubt it considering that the worst part of this sandwich was how dry the meat was and how slimy the mushrooms were. i’m disappointed to...
Read moreThis place is a complete joke in customer service. I placed a phone order and called back to confirm the order. The young lady an attitude and was rude. I apologise to her for disturbing her. I walked into the establishment and the man at the register didn’t knowledge I was standing waiting to pay. He immediately took the gentleman that had just completed his order. A black African American asked me if I was picking up an order. The first person to notice I was standing waiting to be helped. I gave her the information then the man at the cashier wanted to help. After paying I asked for manager which is Richard. Now I see why the lady that answer the phone was unhappy. I asked Richard if I could speak with him. He rolled his eye at me. Walked over and stated yes. I explained the telephone situation and I called back to confirm. He immediately caught an attitude and stated we don’t call back order. I said I didn’t asked that I call back to confirm please advise if I am wrong. Read moreI ordered $30 worth of food at jersey mikes. I ordered 1 Chipotle’s chicken sub and one Philly cheese steak. I ordered via Uber Eats. When sandwiches arrive I had chipotle mayo all over my philly cheese steak. This sandwich is not even advertised with chipotle mayo. Only the chipotle chicken sub should come with chipotle mayo. I do not like chipotle mayo! Called the store and the answering party advised that I could come up there and he would remake and that and then hung up on me! I called right back and the same guy said they were busy and it would be a while before I talked to the manager. The point of ordering from Uber Eats is because I did not want to go out after working several hours! I am not so messed up with the mistake, because mistakes happen.
