I would like to start off this review by saying I used to work in fast food and I understand nothing is perfect and sometimes mistakes are made. This is a fast food restaurant so I don't hold my standards too high. That's why I gave this Taco Bell numerous chances before giving up on it completely.
My last visit was the last time I am going back. We tried to place an online order since it is easier to customize and less of a chance of a misunderstanding, but not for the first time, the website had an error in the checkout, so I would have to order at the restaurant (kinda annoying, but no big deal). I had hoped to be able to order in the lobby so maybe I can check my order without blocking the drive thru, but there was a sign that stated that due to being short staffed, the lobby is closed (again annoying, but no big deal).
Pulling in to the inescapable drive thru has pretty much doomed you into ordering from this Taco Bell or wasting your time sitting behind it's victims. The lady in the speaker informed me they were out of Baja Blast also black beans also chalupas also how are chalupas made? Every time except one out of the five times I had been they have been out of some item or ingredient. I get to the window and was never given a receipt or sauce. The order looked correct until I realized after getting home I got a small Pepsi instead of a large.
The nacho chips were mostly in tiny pieces on the bottom of the box and the supreme burrito was poorly wrapped with thirty percent beef/sour cream and seventy percent refried beans. There was a good amount of char on the quesadillas, presumably from a dirty press, but the cheesey fiesta potatoes were good. Thanks for the huge stack of napkins by the way.

My family and I went to the Taco Bell on Sam Ridley in Smyrna and I have never been treated so poorly by staff let alone the manager. We ordered our food and waited for almost 30 min for our food even though they were able to completely clear the several cars in drive-thru 3 times. When I asked for a refund the guy at the counter went to get the manager and on the second time of him asking the manager to come to the front manager she came and proceeded to tell me I was being rude and that they were trying to get it made. When I asked how much longer because my baby was screaming and my other kid has to get ready for bed and school the next day. She told me that they could hear my baby screaming and they wanted me out. I didn't yell or cuss at the store. The manager raised her voice and told me I wasn't welcomed back. Made it out to be a problem that my 6 month old baby was crying. So if you go there be prepared for your food to be made incorrectly as I paid extra for tomatoes on my burrito and didn't receive them. Also if you have kids don't bring them because a crying baby is apparently rude. So don't ask for a refund because you will be kicked out of the store. I've worked as a manager in different fast food establishment and I have had actual rude customers come in and I still would never talk to one of them they way i was treated there. At least 8 people were working standing around not doing anything and we stood at the counter for ten minutes before we were even acknowledged. We didnāt want to place the order on the kiosk. The person at the main register said that he was unable to come to the kiosk to help us but rang in the order for the person behind us at the register when they refused the same for us. They proceeded to tell us that the free chalupa was only one per order even though I pulled up the website where it clearly states that it is one per person and showed it to the manager who was Hispanic with blue hair. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked for her name she refused and ignored us while we were speaking. The original guy from the register refused to give me her name as well and said that he didnāt know. We were treated so poorly that we will never go back to that location. I will be reaching out to corporate to report this matter because I as well work in the food industry and this is absolutely unacceptable. They ALL need to be fired with the way we...
