Absolutely horrible demeanor. Poor sportsmanship, threatened by the idea of a new business being in the same vicinity as his already thriving business. To sell different types of food, that are nothing compared to what you offer but to feel so threatened to the point of reaching out to the Supermarket CEO, threatening to sue him over foolishness all in an attempt to hinder another business from growing and doing business, out of spite and what seems to be jealousy … is very disgusting. The food truck owners do not bother you. They’ve paid their way, took every necessary steps to insure they are not violating any rules and up to code in all aspects. The truck owners are the sweetest and I was so upset that I wasn’t able to actually get more food due to the owner of this Restaurant having them shutdown. Tearing down a family business that minds their business, doesn’t hinder the business you have or the services you provide is so vile. As a minority, it is sad to see that a fellow minority would do such thing. But, the food truck is not alone! I came and supported this restaurant before but ever again. Read moreIt's April 21, 2023 8:12 p.m. Myself and another customer just walked out after witnessing a health threat and nasty attitude from the cook. The cook, whose name is Robert, went into the washroom, with his cooking apron on, resurfaced, was in the kitchen, wiping his hands on his apron. He went to the front counter, and touched the touch screen.
By this time, the Manager came to greet us. Very nice lady. She didn't know what happened. I asked Robert to wash his hands and put on gloves, since he had just come from the washroom. The other customer saw Robert, adjusting his shoe, (bending down), and proceeded to handle food area items. The customer told me about this. The Manager didn't see Robert because she was still greeting us.
Both the other customer and I, informed her of what Robert did. When she (Manager), told Robert he had to wash his hands, he became irate. The customer and I then stated that we were leaving because we didn't want to get sick and didn't want Robert to cook our food, because he hadn't washed his hands, and was too angry. So...
Read moreHad the worst customer service experience here. Unknowingly, we went in near closing time to order some wings togo. Wasn't greeted, but was looked upon with a look of "are you serious?" There was another diner in the dining room, so I didn't think they were getting ready to close.
I greeted the server and she took our order. I even tipped on the togo order, just to try and help lighten the situation. Not a single word was said to us after the order was taken. After the order came out, she handed us the bag and just walked away. Not even a thank you and goodbye. I felt like I had committed a crime for ordering some late night wings. Btw the receipt said our server's name was "Kayla". I hope she takes a lesson in customer service and she doesn't ever treat someone like this ever again.
To make thing worse, the veggies we ordered with our wings were rotten. They were sour and had to spit them out. Now I can't trust the food anymore as well. This had been our togo spot for late night wings, but now will have to find...
