THIS PLACE IS A SHAM! I RERPEAT A SHAM! Maybe even a SCAM! They use inferior products clearly to make greater profit margins. Roughly 5 days after my cracked screen was repaired I dropped my phone from the height of a household chair.
The phone was in a case and the screen had protective glass that I purchased from them as well. To my surprise the screen had a small crack in the glass. I noticed the protective glass didn't have the edge to edge coverage that you get from store bought brands like ZAGG. I was clearly upset about the cracked glass after spending over $200 for the repair.
The real issue came into play when the screen went black and I could not use any function of the phone. I immediately returned to the store to voice my concern. I was informed by an employee (Jill) that the replacement screens they use are not as rigid as the original screen and are subject to crack easily. I was not made aware of this when I made the original purchase.
(Jill) said her only option was to offer $20 discount to replace the screen again. I said that was unacceptable. She then contacted management again and I was told that someone from management or the owner would contact me on Monday keep in mind this was Friday June 11th 2021. Today is Wednesday and I have not heard anything from this company.
I only trusted this place because I was referred here by the employees at AT&T on Cobb Parkway. I will be contacting AT&T as well to let them know their preferred repair partner is not informing customers of the inferior products they use for repairs.
In closing avoid this place at all cost. Don't trust "iScamIT" for your cell...

I had a screen that they replaced for me, and when it stopped working because of a faulty part, they literally sent a video to the store manager of my laptop and decided that it was damaged (which we knew but not because of anything that we did to it, it just stopped working after 3 months).
They would not replace it without me having to spend an additional $650. Just be careful and know that you’re parts are not actually covered under a real warranty and you should just go to Apple where they guarantee their work and replacement parts. I’m so disappointed and I just caution anyone against using their service —specifically for expensive repairs. Just go to Apple.
Also, it’s worth noting that we were long time customers and had spent so much money over time on device repairs. It wasn’t until we had a faulty part/repair that we understood that there isn’t any real guarantee or coverage for the customer. Essentially they put the ownership of me when there isn’t anything that I did to the laptop. The screen had been flickering since we brought it home before it finally went completely out. We worked with them because we trusted that there was a warranty. Just know that the supplier determines if they are going to replace it and they do that solely based on a video and picture sent...
   Read moreWe brought a cellphone in to have the screen repaired. We left it there for about 2 hours. When we came to pick it up, Shahzad said it needed a new antena. He said it would be 20 minutes. About an hour later we got the phone in apparent working condition. However, the calls kept dropping and it was worse than ever before. When I called him 2 days later, he said he didn't have the right antenna for the phone so he put something else in and it was probably not compatible with my Samsung phone. Why didn't he volunteer that information in the first place? We never had a choice. Not a decent business practice. He basically broke the phone. He said he would get the right part the next day and would have someone call me to bring it in and fix it. They never called and when I called Shahzad, he said they forgot to call me. I had to wait another day and finally 4 days later I got the phone fixed. What should have taken 2 hours took 5 days to get it done right. The least they should have done is a partial refund or something for the inconvenience, for using the wrong part without telling the customer, for not delivering on their promise and for wasting our time.
