Arby's — Restaurant in Snellville

Does Arby's 8:30 now? I went here at 8:38 sat in drive thru for 5 mins and decided to ride up to the window waited there for a few more minutes then decided that I would go inside only to find the door was locked. Confused I checked the hours that were posted which stated the closing time was 9pm checked the time, 8:38. There was someone seated at a table and two others behind the counter. My efforts to get their attention were unsuccessful. Got back in my car and drove back to the takeout window where I was finally able to get the attention of someone. He comes to the window and demonstrates that the window is locked. After a game of charades he finally unlocks the window to say that they are closed because they are understaffed. There is literally no other customers and what appeared to be three employees in the store. Now even more confused I was able to convince the young man to get my girlfriend and I two cups of water. I have been through other fast food chains drive thru where there was a single employee and was able to order food for three. If your going to close the store the least you could do is to shut off the lights perhaps even post a sing at the speaker stating that you are indeed closed but seriously...

Boy, has this place gone downhill! I was there about 5pm and went thru the drive thru. Workers appear to have a bad attitude and don't want to be there. I ordered a couple basic sandwiches and fries. Was told to pull up by the back door even though there were no other cars in drive thru. I did and waited about 15 minutes before he brought the food out. Handed it to me and never said a word to me.

I guess I better look for a new place because they won't be open long with employees with a chip on their shoulder. They must be hiring from the same place as Popeyes. Terrible experience!!!

Update: After that last experience I decided to try it again. I went thru the drive thru and ordered their Family Pack. He asked me what the Family Pack had in it? I read off the items. Then he said "we're out of roast beef". Really, a roast beef restaurant is out of roast beef????? What happened to "Arby's, we have the beef!"? And the guy didn't really seem to be too concerned about it.

This place should go ahead and turn the lights out...

UPDATE: Oh. My. God. This ain't fast food, y'all. That big cheesy burger—THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH for keeping that on after the promotional period this time—looks exactly like it does in the ad after you pull off the wrapping. This burger is COMPLETE. A big hunk of meat with all crispy quality toppings and a bun that doesn't melt in your hand like a Whopper. This burger rivals one for twice the price at The Diner or another full-service restaurant. I'm trying to TELL y'all!!! BIG CHEESY BURGER.🍔😛❤️ See my second review below.
