Before my main review, I want to warn you of the SANITARY CONDITIONS at this store:
When I was paying, the guy at the window pinched at the base of his nostrils with his thumb and finger like he was wiping runny snot, and told me "Man, this cold is really getting to me".
He didn't see any problem with taking my card with his presumably-mucus-smeared, virus-laden fingers...nor with me even knowing this was happening. Imagine what OTHER sanitary problems they have, there. They can't have trained him to care one whit about health and safety...so I wouldn't assume they've trained anyone else any better. I am confident in my healthy immune system, but I'm never going there again.
Now the regular review:
Like the too many these days, this store has been closed during the day or evening rush at random times. And they can take forever to get orders.
But WORSE: At the time of this writing, both this store and the BK in Centerville have signs on their order-taking speaker claiming, despite being new and apparently functional, that you have to pull up to the window and order manually. I think lazy workers just want to cut the number of orders...why would both have this problem at the same time?
Either way, you therefore have to wait about fifteen or twenty minutes per car, as they pull up, order, and then sit AT THE WINDOW until the order is done.
They don't even have you pull up so the next person can order, which obviously they should do, and every decent place does under such conditions. I see this as evidence that they're taking forever on purpose, and probably lying about the speaker. It wouldn't slow them down much if they did have you pull up so they could take...
Read moreI will not let my deaf and mute brother’s voice go unheard. I am Truly disappointed in this location. My family have been patrons of this Burger King since 2005. My deaf brother stopped by the drive thru for a burger last night (06/26/2021) around 9:30pm. He brought a note letting the drive through employee know that he was deaf and mute and had his order written down and ready, to which the drive thru attendant wrote back in response “ you can’t order right here, I have a long line with big orders.” I get it, many places are understaffed and every place with a drive is packed during this pandemic but that is not an excuse to deny service to someone with a disability. The employee could have taken the order and payment and made him park to the side to wait for his order, or he could’ve been asked to place his order and drive back around while his meal was being prepared, But to straight out say no you can’t order here because I have a long line is unacceptable.
My brother was discriminated against and feels hurt, he has never had an issue with other restaurants when it comes to placing orders by writing them down due to his communication disability. He has a hard enough time worrying about being able to communicate and in the past, it has prevented him from even trying to go out and do stuff on his own because he worries about situations like this and being denied service.
I am truly disgusted by this incident. And we will take our business elsewhere. Do better Burger King, and train employees on ADA compliance.

On two different visits I experienced cars lined up waiting from the ordering speaker and back with there being no cars ahead of the car waiting to order at the speaker ( I mean none, not even at the windows) Same car sat waiting at the speaker to order 10+ minutes as did the rest of us in line until eventually others including myself said forget it and drove off. Both times while sitting in the line and as I drove off you can see the workers inside standing around talking. This same thing happened twice on two different visits, this time as I drove off after sitting in a line of folks behind the speaker AGAIN more than 10 minutes , I drove around to the window (no cars at them) flagged down one of the workers and ask is there a system issue or something , they all just looked at me like I was bothering them and one guy said no. I then asked is there a reason why you all aren’t taking orders then , they just all kinda looked at each other and the same guy said “oh my headphone be messing up sometimes”. I then asked him could they see the line backed up outside cause from there we can see them inside (so the had to see us in line).
