The customer service at this location is absolute garbage. I went to get a sandwich today on my lunch. When I walked in the door, I was not greeted, typically I donât mind, but it just added to the overall experience today. The lady behind the counter, proceeded to aggressively say âpicking up an online order?â to which I informed her that I was not. She then came over and took my order by saying âokayâ, not âwhat would you like?â Or âwhat can I get started for you?â. When it was time to pay, I told her I needed to scan my app for the $7.99 foot long deal. She told me âno phone not workingâ. I asked to put my phone number in, to which she said I could. She then told me the same total. I informed her again, no, I have a reward deal for $7.99 foot long. She kept telling me it wasnât working. She turned the register to show me and I looked myself and told her to click on the flashing âmvp rewardsâ button. She told me the did and it still wasnât working. She then turned the register again and tried to âshow meâ it wasnât working. She was simply ignoring the available rewards and not selecting the one I told her I wanted to use, instead she was just hitting âdoneâ. It cut my total nearly in half. I am not sure if this is a lack of training, or a plea to try and make more money by saying the coupons arenât working. It should not be due to a lack of training considering I was able to figure it out myself in the mere maximum 2 minutes I saw the screen when she turned it. Save yourself the hassle and go to Firehouse, Jersey Mikeâs or Jimmy Johnâs if you can get the same thing you are looking for.    Read moreIt was my first time visiting this subway branch. I must say that my experience was a good one. The young men who made my sandwich were courteous and professional. I did not like that I could not see the meat options. It was the first subway that Iâve been in where the meat section was hidden. I had to look over the counter to see what they were putting on the sandwich since it was hidden and how much. When I request extra anything they added it with smiles. The overall service was great and the sandwich was great. I had a foot long grilled chicken with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeño, and honey mustard sauce. They were all fresh. I would go back to this location. I only took off one star because of the hidden section.
A week later I returned to get another sandwich and the service was not great. I waited 30 minutes for them to tell me that they didnât have the grilled chicken that I wanted. Also, there were two persons there, but one person was working on an online order and she was taking up all the space so the other person couldnât really maneuver around her. I also noticed that she was using the same gloves to make more than three sandwiches. So she was touching everything with the same gloves which I thought wasnât right because when we are there in person, they donât do that. They changed out their gloves. Also they left the door to the bread open for so long that I had to tell them to close it. The gentleman who was there was nice.    Read moreMy family and I order from this subway and others around the area usually a couple of times or so a month. I ordered online and stopped by today after work and it was such a horrible experience. When I walked in I told them I had an online order and the lady said it wasnât ready and they had no wheat bread. I said to use white instead and to make sure bacon was well done which I put on order. She said it would be made just like the order stated. When I got the sandwiches and checked them, the sandwich that was already white bread on the order now was on cheese bread and bacon was soggy. I showed the lady the receipt and told her what was wrong, she said that they are busy and make a lot of sandwiches so it happens. I asked her if there was anyway that the bread that was wrong could be replaced with white bread and she absolutely refused and said it was already made and there was nothing she could do. I didnât ask her to remake the sandwiches or anything unreasonable. I just wanted to have a loaf of white so I could switch it out at home and the lady said no, they were made and there was nothing she could do. I donât understand how if the store messed up they wouldnât try to fix it. I wasnât being unreasonable and I donât understand why they couldnât give a loaf, I wasnât asking them to remake a sandwich. I ended up coming home and picking all the bacon off the BLT and recooking it throwing away the cheese bread. I will never go to this...
