This review is not for this store specifically, but not sure how to do one for company. We scheduled our delivery for Friday, October 22. We rearranged plans so that we could be home for the delivery (which was set for 4-6 pm). We had plans at 7 pm, thinking that would give plenty of time. They never made it in the 2 hour time frame. We had to cancel our plan, which we had in place for a few weeks. I reached out MULTIPLE times asking for an ETA, where each time I reached out it was a later and later time. I get they can’t be exact with their timing, but isn’t that why they give a 2 hour window, to account for the possibility of timing being off? They did not get to my house until approximately 9:20 pm, over 3 hours pass the time they were originally supposed to be there. And when we reached out, they didn’t seem to care that they were inconveniencing a paying customer, where they charge for a delivery fee. We schedule for a delivery for a reason. And when they finally arrive to our house, they didn’t even acknowledge the fact that they were late, much less apologize for it. Read moreTinia and Milton made my experience excellent. They were very relaxed and caring. They answered all my questions and made sure I had all the information that I needed to make the right decision. I really enjoyed the design session with Tinia. She has a way to make you comfortable and a unique way of speaking that I was very impressed with. By that I mean she could gently and eloquently describe why something would not work and make you feel good about it. With suggestions on what else could be considered. Great for couples who may not agree on styles!! LOL Her designs were excellent and I loved her presentation. I am going to LOVE my new room. She listened to even the smallest detail of what I wanted and needed and incorporated those things into the design. I am so glad that I did not go with the standard couch, love seat, and chair. Those really did not work in that room. Now I will have a room that has the tranquility I needed and the functionality that my family did not know they needed. I suspect it will become a room that is frequently used instead of one that we use only on a few occasions. My 19 year old suggested a marathon monopoly game once it gets here. Read morePurchased a bedroom set along with mattresses and accent mirror in August. I was given delivery for December if not sooner. Well in November got an email saying it was be moved up to November. Then I got subsequent email saying no it will be March. Called and spoke with the manager he was real nonchalant nothing achieved. I called back this week to advise I was being quite patient and they have failed to do anything to compensate me for the constant date changes other than send emails. I spoke with the sales rep Karrie who was quite nice. She advised the manager said he’ll comp you a $100. I was insulted considering I spent a considerable amount for the items. I’ve worked with other companies during these times and they automatically did comps because they cared about the customer and wanted to retain their business. Needless to say I sold my old set back in the fall before the date changed the December date to March which will now be April.
