The only reason i cannot give this store 5 stars is because of the delay in providing customer service.& no care to go above & beyond for their customer's satisfaction!!!
On Wednesday my fiance purchased a dinning set from this location. When he took all the items out the box on Thursday to put it together it was missing the instructions. We stay 1.5mi away from this location so it would not be hard to just take a drive to pickup a copy. However, when he called he spoke to a lady ( tracy ) & she refused allowing him to come to the store instead insured him she would email him a copy of the instructions in the next couple hours. This was around 9-10am when he spoke with her. He went online to see if he could find the instructions on google or manufactor website, no luck. He had other errands along with running around with our daughter to attend too. So after i got off work at 4pm , he told me he still did not receive the instructions. We took a ride up there around 6pm-7pm. We spoke with a lady who we were told was the manager, later found out just the shift manager. She didnt seem very excited to help us already telling us that there was nothing she could do because she wasn't aware of the situation. She went to the back to try and see if there was something left out by the Tracy. Nothing was found, and no1 else working is aware of the situation. She came back up still not eager to help us , saying that she couldn't find anything & pretty much pushing us away to say you're just out of luck! If you cannot put in the effort to help a customer regardless if youre the one who was spoken to , then customer service is not your calling!
so my fiance asked that we at least try to see if we can get one our of a box . The shift manager explained she isnt cannot open the box because she would get in trouble, but if she can slide her hand in to grab the instructions she can make copies. The box was pretty compact so she wasnt able to get to where we were told the instructions would be. So she said that Tracy is off tomorrow but she would be in at noon & can let Donald know about the situation and around 2pm -3pm ( 2-3hrs later) we can get the instructions. I asked her what time Donald would be in, she told me "6am but we dont open until 9am , and he wasnt going to know anything until i speak with him" While we were leaving she asked if we wanted to take a picture of the display??!?! ... The picture is on the box, so why would we ask for instructions ?! My fiance is very handy so he did take a look around to try and make a visual note of how everything is assembled. With all the bolt,washers,legs & such it would only be a headache!
Today, Friday, i called the store myself around 10ish and Donald was the 1st to answer. I briefly explained the situation to Donald and without hesitation he got my name,phone number, an email and told me to give him TWENTY MINUTES... and he would get me a copy emailed. At 10:40 Donald called me back to check if i received the instructions. I had the instructions & he ensured me it should have happen much sooner!

My wife and I purchased a relatively cheap set of espresso mugs. From the time they were packaged in the store to the time we got home and unwrapped them, they were handled with care. We didn't notice that the bottom mug had a crack in it, and upon handling that mug the handle literally just fell off.
We returned to the store a few hours later that same day and explained that the set we purchased came with a broken mug. And in the spirit of honesty explained exactly what had happened. We ended up speaking to a manager who said that there is no way they can take it back or do an exchange. Which is utter garbage. I asked an explained very thoroughly that the item was broken when we had purchased it, but we didn't notice until we got home. She still insisted that there was "NOTHING" that they could do. Out of frustration I walked out of the store, my wife went back in and asked her to call her supervisor, which the manager did, and we ended up getting an exchange. The manager made a point to tell me wife that "we normally don't do this" and that it was a "courtesy"
If good customer service is merely a rare courtesy, then I want nothing to do with this store, I'll just order from amazon next time. This was a $10 espresso mug set. That was obviously broken when we bought it, but they made it clear that they really don't care about the customer.

Read moreWent into the store on 6/27 around 7pm… shop here all the time and have spent thousands… Extremely poor aggressive customer services practices or lack thereof. Went in with my receipt to return something cause I needed bigger sizes for my space. Cashier KENYA ignored me standing there for a while. She didn’t have any customers at her register she just stood there then when she finally invited me to her register she had A horrible attitude became argumentative like she didn’t understand how to process A return. I gave her the barcode for the item and she grabbed my phone, started getting an aggressive tone and bad attitude and asked me to pull up the full email receipt like the barcode screenshot wasn’t enough… then when I pulled up the full email receipt she went straight to that SAME BARCODE again then asked me do I want someone else to help me because I got an attitude right back with her so I asked for A manager. So I start telling KEORR who says she’s the manager what happened and KEORR told me if I can’t be quiet then I can go return to another store cause she’s not helping me as if this isn’t my money with my receipt from A purchase I made last week and as if I’m a child. No i will not be silenced and no you won’t speak to me that way so she told me to leave I told her to no go ahead and call the police but she wouldn’t cause she knew they were dead wrong!
