For starters there were five of us, the hostess sat us at a table for four people. The hostess did not bring another chair – we had to steal one from one of the other tables. When the waitress came over she was baffled that there were five people sitting there. She took our drink order and gave us another minute to look over the food menu. Soon after another waiter stopped by and told us he’d be our waiter for the evening and wanted to take our drink order. We explained that the other person was our waitress and she had already taken our drink order. When the drinks started arriving the food runner had no idea what she had just brought over (ex. she brought over a cider claiming it was a pale ale). We then ordered food. The overpriced Pesto Pasta, and I cannot stress this enough, was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. First of all it wasn’t pesto, it was some cream sauce with parsley thrown in to make it look green. The noodles had clearly not been seasoned at all (who doesn’t salt their pasta water?!?!?). The size of the beet salads were an absolute joke and the steak sandwich was essentially made of rubber. My first suggestion would be to stay away from this place. However, if you find yourself unable to, I would suggest you order drinks and perhaps an order of the under-salted pretzels but...

I had been looking forward to coming here all week! There was some great parts and some underwhelming parts to our experience. First of all, the restaurant is BEAUTIFUL! Truly stunning and lots of attention to detail. Exposed brick 🤩 trendy colors and vintage looking tile and sinks in the bathrooms! I also loved that it was so busy with families and other very happy groups! Its so nice to have a space like that to enjoy nowadays. Our server was really enthusiastic and attentive. We loved the beverage options. Now to the underwhelming part. The menu.... Please make your menu as fabulous as your ambiance! Not a lot of options despite burgers and sandwiches for entrées. The menu had a shareable section but I felt like there weren't much appetizers. We got the burger and a Caesar salad to share. It wasn't plated well. The burger was so so. I didn't feel that there were good options for non meat eaters or pescatarians. The menu itself could also be better presented with logoed paper and not in a plastic page protector. You all are too amazing for that!.. If the menu becomes more refined and put together we will be back! We only come to Snohomish a few times a year, if the menu doesn't improve we probably won't be back. I hope this feedback is received well. I'd love to see this...

Well… I either write reviews for if it’s “really” good, or “really” bad. In this case, it wasn’t the happy. We were fine with the wait, but seemed like our waitress Tallie was unimpressed that we were seated in her section. Though this was at 7:30pm, we were rarely tended to, food was undercooked and rushed (cheese was still a solid on a smash burger) felt as if we were a burden to our server who was more focused on chatting with the fellow wait staff, rolling silverware, and getting out for the night. (There were open tables so we knew this wasn’t a “busy hour” issue.) (also, a smash burger is usually smashed…) The reasoning for this review - we all come from the Midwest, with kind, lighthearted and respectful values. We said our thanks’, our please’s… but left with a sour taste for Spada Farmhouse Brewery this Friday night. Paying close to $xxx.xx for two, and leaving with Red Robin quality rushed food with that signature “been under the heat lamp” style was not in our cards for this evening. We would’ve complained but it took too long to get any service...

Edit: I appreciate the response back to my review and It gave me a chance to look over my review again and I think it is much better to round up over down. This is a brewery with food, the beer and service was great so I think 5 is more deserving than a 4 star. You actually read and respond to reviews, I think that shows care and growth as well. I've been here 2 times so far. Service has been great and the first time was definitely good enough to make me want to come back. The second time around was good but I was definitely less impressed by the food. It looks pretty good but the flavors weren't there. The fish tacos were good but the sauce could be thicker and the tortillas crumbled apart which was unfortunate. The burger patty was huge, I think it could use onions, tomatoes or maybe a little less meat? The server was super attentive and gave me some tomatoes which helped a lot. Pictures don't show all the fries it came with since we ate some of them before getting a picture. Again, service was great and the food was good. Service 5, beer 5, food 4, atmosphere 5.

We loved this place when it 1st opened, we were so excited to have a new restaurant in town. The renovation looks amazing, and we love to support local. Drinks were good our 1st visit. The menu was limited but ok. We were excited about poutine and my boys loved it with brisket. The curry ketchep was unique and delicious. After returning a few times the menu has been changed, some of the favorites removed and less and less offered. As a person who doesn't eat red meat there isn't much offered to choose from. Tonight I had chicken sliders, they were dry. They were a lot of bread and only a piece of fried chicken, a pickle slice and the bun. Hopefully they work the kinks out and it gets better.
