Unrateable. Negative. Do not recommend.
My mother couldn't walk because of an accident that got her leg debilitated and yet the tall bearded manager whose name we weren't able to get due to shock was being awfully rude when we requested for a drink to be changed, telling us she should have went up to the cashier directly. Not only was this disrespectful but we also suspect racist tendencies as we were the only Asians at the branch at the time. All the others were able to get proper service so it leads us to question why we were the only ones at the receiving end of his animosity. I hope the store would be able to handle this better in the future. It is disappointing and displeasing that we encounter such a thing in the so called home of the best coffee. Do better.

   Read moreWas there around 2:30pm @ store #49368 Snoqualmie Washington area. male barista with curly hair to his ears with long beard wasn't good at all, after ordering our drinks I forgot I wanted trenta instead of grande, so we were trying to get his attention he kept ignoring us and then finally he said he'll be right back, we knew for sure the drinks wasn't made yet and when he got back I told him I wanted to change my drink to trenta and he lied saying the drinks are done which it wasn't and he wanted me to pay another drink to make trenta which was unreasonable. There were 3 teenagers working this morning inside the Safeway Starbucks, they took order and thatâs it that are just chatting away and talking and discussing some vacation.
