Today sept 22. The doors are unlocked....you' can walk in..BUT THEY SAY NO COUNTER SERVICE. Then.lock the doors ?!!!!! š¤·š»š¤¦š»WOWWWWWW. We know your good st thst. AND WE ALL KNOW THIER DRIVE THRU LANE TAKES 15MINS EVERY TIME OR LONGER. STARBUCKS 4 LIFE NOW. THIS IS 2ND TRY WITH DUNKIN AFTER YEARS BEING THEIR CUSTOMER. BUT FOR ME. ITS STARBUCKS ONLY NOW. THEY DELIVER TO YOUR CAR !!!!! And they appear to actually. CARE what THEY ARE DOING AND UNLIKE DUNKIN.... THEY ARE NEVER RUDE AT STARBUCKS. ... I used to be at this Dunkin daily. Daily for the last 8yrs!!! Today is August 31st 3:30 p.m. on a Tuesday and the doors are locked? ? Yet the drive through is open and JUST THE OTHER DAY I WENT INSIDE TO ORDER. Sooooo. WHY THE LOCKED DOORS? Pffff. SAD. And they're not answering their phone either. You can let it ring to infinity. They won't answer. Try it. And the drive-through takes like a half hour when you're ONLY a few cars in. . WHAT IN THE HECK DUNKIN. GET YOURSELF TOGETHER!!! Starbucks doors ? I forgot to send my order on the app and the man I guess who must be the manager (big white guy, he was wearing a red sweater, masked up) addressed me at the window. I understand itās busy. I made a mistake but just like everyone else I am in rush myself and I forget. This man was so unpleasant in the way he spoke to me and the way he spoke to his staff member was distasteful and very disrepectful. Right before I drove away he sarcastically yells out āHave a great dayā which was absolutely unnecessary. This man has 0 customer service skills and lacks professionalism which is something you unfortunately canāt teach people. I really hope his management team reconsiders who they want working with customers. (Just an FYI, when someone mentions that they have an online order and you ask their name and tell them to drive up knowing you donāt have it...This is something that can be addressed right then and there and I could have easily placed my order at the drive-thru and this situation could have...

Pull up to the window, the man is FRANTIC and his pants are barely staying up, sagging passed his butt and boxers hanging out. We get our drinks and he tells us to have a good day. We proceed to tell him he forgot our donuts ⦠we get the donuts and get back on the road. The drinks were HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Watermelon raspberry refreshers taste like straight water. Made completely wrong. $12.07 down the drain. We are now on the parkway and cannot go back. I tried calling to inform the manager I expect a comped order next week and no one answers the phones. Absolutely horrible. Your job is to make drinks and you canāt even get it right? And keep your pants up while doing it? Itās not rocket...
