KFC — Restaurant in Somerset

Today is July 18th 2023 and I gotta tell ya, I was not impressed at all by the chicken. I watched the lady picking through the chicken tray for my bucket and figured she was looking for plump juicy hot fresh chicken right? Well, NOPE when I got home it was the most overcooked, dry, smallest pieces of chicken I’ve ever seen. This was $25 and everyone is still hungry because the biscuits were hard as a rock, chicken was horrendous, the potatoes were watery and the gravy was cold. The only good part was the half filled coleslaw we received. What’s the point of the big containers if you only fill them half way? The same goes for the potatoes and gravy! We paid for full containers and we expected full containers which we didn’t get. The entire meal was a flop. I’m extremely disappointed and unhappy about our meal as it is not cheap to eat there to begin with. There wasn’t 1 customer in the restaurant other than me. KFC used to be so hot and delicious but not anymore. This is at least my last 3-4 meals there haven’t been good at all and I always thought maybe I came at a bad time, or maybe it was a new cook but I’m pretty sure that this is just the new norm for them as it is consistently getting worse and worse. Sorry KFC but there are other places to eat at very close to you and if you aren’t willing to read these reviews and do something about it, then I will be forced to eat elsewhere and by the looks of the reviews I’m not the only one that feels like this. Maybe you should start contacting people with these types of reviews and figure out the problems. The employees were nice and the restaurant seemed clean enough to eat in so having an empty restaurant at dinner time should tell you something is wrong. We always love KFC. We drove 40 mints just come to to your location since we have none in Cambria County. We always are happy with our seraves but today we where very disappointed. We where there today around 3. My friends parents, my friend and I. My friends parents ordered 1st. Then my friend ordered he asked for the $5 deal with 2 pieces of dark meat, mashed potatoes.,a cookie and a drink. The gril at the counter with headphone sight on kept on asking him about the $7 deal once again he told her he wanted the $5 deal. Agian she asked him what kind of meat he wanted. He said dark as the meal comes with it w has no choice on the this. When I ordered I asked for the $5 deal meal too. I asked for dark meat she enrmterruped my and said"it only comes with dark meat ". Then I do not like mashed potatoes I ask if it was possible to change to coleslaw. She said no you can not do that agian interrupting me before I was finished. The worst drive thru service I have been through. Ordered a 12 piece chicken tender family meal about a half hour ago. Got home with it a few minutes ago. All of the tenders are burnt and rubbery like they sat for hours. They gave me no butter fo my biscuits which are also hardened. And my sides which were two sides of mashed potatoes and a side of macaroni and cheese were all only about a scoop.. Worst and I do mean worst service. The lady that rang me out was different from the one that handed me the bag. So I knew they knew what they were handing me. I think it was the manager which should not be a manager or this is the kind of service they give she had short hair.
