Alfredo's Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Somerville

The food is amazing. I love their buffalo Alfredo pizza and I’ve been ordering from them for years. Today I called to place an order because the online coupon is not working and the lady probably Caroline told me that she knows nothing about the online and the manager can help or at least that’s what I heard then the line went off. So I called again to let them know that was cut off and this dude with the greatest amount of attitude told me that I’m calling the wrong number cause no one spoke with me about an online order. When I told him I’m calling the right number it’s the Somerville store he kept on telling me no you haven’t called us before you’re number is showing that the last time you called was way back so I told him I literally dialed the number from my recent calls which was less than one minute ago. It turns out that Caroline told me the manager was not here to help which I didn’t hear apparently but that’s not the issue. The guy is super SUPER rude disrespectful and was making comments like Oh My God loudly to everyone in the store I could literally hear him. And just like that because these are the type of people that you put up for service you lost a 10 year...

Been ordering from here for years. Some of my orders have not been great but others have been so I continued to give them a try regardless. Tonight I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. The pizza got here in less than 30 minutes but was cold and hard on a warm night. So guess they decided to give me some old pizza that's been sitting around,probably a canceled order. When Grub hub called them,they refused to send a fresh pizza and a refund but agreed to a $2 discount. You end up paying 20 bucks for a pizza just to get something old then they act as if they could care less. I will never order from Alfredos again,this was the last time I will accept less for my money! And I will never use Grub hub again either cause restaurants really don't care about their service when going through them. I have witnessed it more than once. Really wish I knew how to post...

Overall, the food was good however, I am greatly dissatisfied with the customer service and delivery. It took an hour over the estimated delivery time, and I had to call the restaurant to confirm that they had actually received my order because the online tracker was not updating. Once the food was finally delivered, the Driver mentioned that he forgot all of our drinks and he would go back to retrieve them and drop them off again. however, that never happened and The driver subsequently ignored my every attempt to reach out to see where our drinks were. While the food was good it does not make up for this poor customer service. My business will be taken elsewhere where you get what you pay for in a timely manner, and not ignored once an item...
