I had a terrible experience at this bakery today. I ordered a birthday cake, which was not cheap at all, and requested the text to say “Scorpio 11.11.” Instead, they wrote “Bicho Scorpio.” I pointed out the mistake, and the cashier was incredibly rude, yelling at me as if I was wrong to complain. It was really upsetting, especially on my birthday. They “fixed” the writing, but it looked sloppy and uneven. Despite this, I took the cake home, and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. This is their to go açaí bowl , a total mess . This place is incapable to accommodate customers request to separate the toppings from the açaí bowl to go . My husband didn’t know and bought it anyway even after been denied on my request . They just lost a customer. My money went to trash . Wow i stumbled across this amazing little cafe while I was a bit lost seeking for another address. The people were warm and patient while I asked many questions. The flavors were amazing of the Brazilian sweet and salty patries. Ever since Ive been talking about having my pastries made by this cafe for my daughters 2nd birthday. Im back again today with my husband so that he knows where it is too and for lunch. :-) love...
