Dunkin' — Restaurant in Somerville

This gotta be one of the WORST !!!! Dunkins I have EVER gone to. Morning shift Indian woman ( most likely a shift manager) and tall young man ( with scruffy fake looking mustach) are ABSOLUTELY unpleasant, unprofessional and unsanitary. This boy had the audacity to take his bare fingers and wipe the whipped cream an coffee off my cup. Like whatttttt who and where do they do that at .Oh and the woman cosigns everything he does. They are rude , they lack customer service and clearly missed the lesson sanitary practices. Anyone in the food business know you have to be cleanly, use gloves when dealing with foods and change and or wash hands when dealing with one's money and then food. Nope not these people. I have been coming here for years, although it isnt my go to dunks. Today I was about to place my order for a coffee. I usually don't review places but the employee there treated me like a piece of salami his name was mike working the night shift yesterday. I walked inside in a good mood for a coffee and apparently more customers made a line behind me when I finally came up to the register only to have Mike slam the coins he had as change from the previous customer on the table and mind you one of the coins struck my stomach.
