Best pizza in the city... in the state... in the country!
Don't believe me? I had a friend from Atlanta come visit me up in Boston. For lunch I told him "let's go get some pizza." He replied "pizza is gross, let's hit up McDonald's". Pizza is gross? Pizza? McDonalds over pizza? No. No, this won't stand.
I brought him to the vanguard of pizza, Leone's. He puzzled over the small hole-in-the wall shop (this is no chain??); he scoffed at the strange square slices, the puffy crust, the saucy slice covered in fragrant seasonings and gooey cheese. Then, he bit... and his eyes were opened. On my honor, he said "I don't think I have ever really had pizza before now." It was spoken solemnly, a hint of reflection, a realization, that his life was unknowingly incomplete until now.
So he finished his slice. Then another. Then another. Then he bought a tray to bring home to Atlanta.

We found the pizza slices to be smaller than it use to be and the quality of the cheese not as good. It's ok to raise your prices if the quality is there, but when you raise prices and have smaller pieces there is something wrong with that picture. We also noticed that your submarine prices took a big jump. The prices for subs in Tewksbury for the same sandwich are less expensive and quality just as good.We will continue to frequent your establishment because Leone's for many years has been a place we know and like. Take a look at your business model at tweek it a little bit or at least bring your pizza back to the future where it once was the best...
Read moreI was upcharged by the restaurant after placing my order on UberEats because of an app glitch that didn't delete my instructions for half/half toppings. Even though ONLY one topping was actually selected, they charged me for 2 (and even if I did want 2 and it was half/half, what kind of place charges for 2 toppings when getting half of each?). I called immediately after getting the adjustment notification on the app and they told me it was too late because it was in the oven. The man on the phone was so incredibly condescending and rude. They told me I had to take it up with UberEats and they weren't going to do anything about it. Not only did I not get the food I wanted, I paid more for it. UberEats told me it was a merchant issue and wouldn't help. They told me to review the restaurant instead so hopefully this is helpful information to folks who want to support better...
