About a 2 years ago I use to go to place about once week sometimes ever more.But now one star is way too much for this place now.Over the last few months of going to this place a couple times a month.They messed up my order at least over 5 times.When I ordered a turkey BLT with no mayo.They put mayo on it anyway and on the box it said no mayo.Every single time that it happened I brought it back and they were extremely ruded about it and did not care eventhough that it happened over 5 times and going back every single time they messed it up they did absolutely nothing about it especially this black kid with glasses who was the most rude out of all of their employees said oh well too bad you are going to have to deal with it.Probably the worst customer service I ever had in my life.I am never going back to this place ever again because the customer service is awful over hear and they don't care if your order gets messed up.This is just a place for young kids to work.So they can say that they have a job.So don't come here if you want your...

You can have pancakes delivered.... That's really kind of amazing. (You can have all other things delivered too, but delivery pancakes have been the most amusing part of their delivery.) Fast service when delivering, too.

All of the young adults working at H&G are sociable, friendly, and helpful. They treat customers like people--and I love that. I enjoy the atmosphere, too (place used to be Cluck-U, so I'm impressed with how it is different.)

Love the smoothies; hope a half price deal comes back in the summer times. XD

They have great vegetarian options too. Can't get enough of the RRP mozzarella wrap. Mmm. Also love that they carry Arnold Palmer drinks.

Also highly recommend their crisps (quesadillas basically--both bbq and buffalo chicken are great) and anything with the tuna.

This place is great. Nowadays, very few places use the massive griddle well, but this place is an exception. I ordered the Breakfast Crisp. It's eggs, home fries, and meat ( I chose Bacon) with melted cheese in a tortilla. It came looking like a quesadilla, but it was wonderful. Not a droplet of grease. It was beautifully crispy on the outside, no smelly tortilla smell, the eggs were moist and the home fries added a soft texture, the bacon was crispy and the cheese was beauifully melted. The hot sause on the side was the perfect compliment and the size of this was surprisingly large compared to what seems to be the small plate norm. My husband had a try and he loved it. He ordered the French Toast and even thought it could have used another dip in the egg, the taste was perfect and it was not a floppy, greasy mess. Love our food and will return with our children.
