Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Souderton

So I ordered something 3 weeks back noticed a complete entire order given wrong. I usually check before I leave the store but I was in so much rush that evening returning from water park with 5 year old who noticed to be really sick. We got home and found out the order might be someone else or somebody screwed up something, called the store right away and spoke to either a employee or manager and was told they are sorry about the order and would replace it if I would return, but it was out of my way and would be really late if I do that so they said we would give credit of this entire order when we order next time. I bought this after 3 weeks when I ordered pizza and was not given credit or nothing instead I felt like why bother...the crew went by one asking everyone about the situation, just to make u feel better at the moment after screwing up my order all the could say is sorry and turns their head away when they say they would give credit towards ur next order.... thanks Dominos Souderton, I went out of my way for 9 years instead of going to Lansdale bcoz I never had problems at this...

Was cut off by the delivery driver at the corner of 113 and main st. Went in to establishment to see the delivery driver was STILL on his cell phone. When asking if he knew I had 3 children in the car when he abruptly cut me off he said he forgot it was a turning lane and he made best decision. I asked him why not make the right or go in to gas station he said he didn't want to. Getting more agitated I escalated my voice and delivery driver then stated to gentleman in ripped off sleeves t-shirt if he can get me out before he lays me out. Other guy asked if I was only there to criticize the driving I said yes. Seeing how NOONE there cared in a torrential rain storm my vehicle was swerved in front of, I left the store because Noone cared. Will never order from...

I went to order takeout pizza from 111 E Broad St, Souderton, PA 18964 around 10:00pm on 11/16/23 and the store hours should be opened until 12:00am that day ,I asked the girl who was at the restaurant for a medium pizza and she answered me with very bad attitude said we are closed we only do pickup and then i said to her so I can place order online and she is like I said noooo we are close , so I had to drive to another domino’s 4 miles away to get my pizza, my suggestion to whoever manger in this store if she doesn’t like her job she should leave it for someone who willing to work and keep the place...
