Nina's Wing Bites & Pizza in Clarks Summit — Restaurant in South Abington Township

We use to love ordering here a few years ago and had a couple bad experiences with the food after a while, so we stopped. We were all feeling sick and were hoping to get something delivered locally so we didn't have to go out and ordered online. Figured we would try Nina's again since it had been a while.

Waited 20 minutes past the delivery time to call, because we thought maybe the time was off or something. But no, our food was sitting there, undelivered and no one thought to call us to tell us they had no one to deliver. My husband had to run out and grab it, no one acknowledged their mistake, and they still charged us the delivery fee and the tip for the delivery. I called, and the woman acted confused about what happened on the phone and offered no help. Absolutely never ordering from here again at this point, so disappointed. I normally never leave these types of reviews but this was just ridiculous..

After actually opening our food up, there was absolutely nothing correct in either of our extremely expensive hoagies. No toppings, nothing that we ordered was correct....

This review is not about the food but the service. I was greeted by a woman today who had held the door open for my son and i. My son is almost five and has nonsensical babble and an over abundance of the zoomies. I didn’t get her name for i was basking in the 6-7 minute moment . She was patient and attentive. I typically apologize on behalf of my sons stimming for people just don’t get it but this woman, was extremely kind and engaged with myself and my son without judgement. I needed to write a review and state how much that meant to me. Thank you for being a gentle woman. She did state that she brings in the cool chicken / rooster displays for the seasons as i noticed my son was fixated on the paintings. It can be difficult for me to bring him into establishments without receiving some unwanted attention. I thank you for your kindness and attentiveness. You’re truly a rockstar in this...

I’d like to start by saying we’ve had positive experiences with delivery here prior. Not today. Place an order calling Nina’s phone number as we always do thinking we’re avoiding 3rd party delivery charges. 1 hour. No food. We get a phone call from a DoorDash driver who is lost, at the wrong location and states she was given the wrong address. DoorDash driver asks we call DoorDash despite us trying to give the correct address. Nope. Call Nina’s. The woman who answered seemed annoyed at our call. Asked us to text the DoorDash driver. Didn’t even know the phone number of the establishment she’s employed at. My Wife had to provide her the number. It was suggested we reroute the lost driver with our hour long order or pickup. We declined pickup and the woman on the phone declined delivery. Poor poor customer service and awful experience....
