Arby's — Restaurant in South Carolina

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGER! On Sept 6 mid-afternoon, I ordered roast beef sandwiches with extra onion, and they only gave me 2-3 tiny thin pieces of onion on them. I went back up to the counter to ask for more and the manager (older gray haired heavy woman) snapped at me "we only put 2 pieces on them". I couldn't believe her response at me. The cashier felt badly for me and she went and got me some extra onion to put on my sandwich. I want to TASTE the onion on my sandwich, it's not supposed to be a token piece of decoration! It's just like ketchup, mustard, cheese tomato, etc. It's supposed to be enough for you to taste. As thin and tiny as these pieces were, you wouldn't taste it at all. Onion is about the cheapest item to put on a sandwich and this is ridiculous for a restaurant to risk losing future business over making a happy customer for a few extra pieces of onion. RIDICULOUS!! I would have filled out a survey but they don't even allow you to leave surveys on them anymore so this is my only place to leave a review. If I were the owner of this location, I'd fire...

I just left Arbys and I’ve just got a question. Since when did it start being ok for your employees to vape while fixing the customers food? I watched a guy blowing the smoke in the air at the station that they put the food together and then laid it down on the counter all while wearing gloves, and then he leans down and makes eye contact me, so he knew he was caught, bc he slid the vape off the table and turned around and tried to hide from me. I don’t think I’ll be eating here again and I’ll tell everyone I know as well. Because I didn't not see any other options, I asked if all chicken offerings were fried and was told yes, all options are fried. Had I seen or been informed of the roasted chicken entree salad, this probably would have been a five star review as that is exactly what I was looking for. The only reason that I even ordered the classic chicken wrap was the fact that I'd been three other places.
