Burger King: ZERO for SIX
Day 1: Got a gift card! Woo! Go use... can't get the order right or figure out what the 16 digit code is that is clearly printed on the piece of paper. "What is this" 6 times, but after 10 minutes I got the deal I came for (5 pieces of food, $4).
Day 2: Right meal,Wrong drink. Go around again. Get right drink. Only got asked 2x "What is this?" about the gift card.
Day 3: Order. Get asked "What is this?" 4 times... Then they say my card is depleted. Receipt from yesterday shows $5.76 on card, order is $3.87... I clarify like 6 times and they insist I owe them $1.40 past what the card paid. Fine, hand over my card, it gets charged and they keep my gift card. Get up to food window. Didn't get the whopper. Just a bun and fries and a drink. 2/3 ain't bad right? Drive around again. Get told to pull forward. After 20 MINUTES OF WAITING I went around again. They acted like they had never seen me... the FOUR people I talked to before. Talk to manager. Get whole new meal except for the drink that is already gone. Get back to work. Realize I have lost my entire lunch period and an additional $5 of being signed in wages.

Read moreI love burger king! They always have good food, and the service is honestly pretty good for a fast food place. With that being said, tonight I've had the worst experience with this restaurant.
I ordered food on their app at 11:30, and I arrived at 11:45 to find that they were closed...15 MIN EARLY! I was given no notice that my food wasn't being made or that they were randomly deciding to close early, let alone I ordered the food with enough time for them to at least make it.
I've worked in restaurants before so I completely get it, but like I said, you could at least make my food and then close up early. I was only refunded my order amount, but I was given the reward points back at least.
Albeit, I wasn't compensated for the gas, time, and went home with no food being that there are limited options this time of night. I am completely disappointed. I've usually had great experiences with them, but this experience feels like the beginning of something different.
No one should go home hungry because a restaurant decided that they weren't going to do their jobs anymore, and now have to wait multiple business days to get...
Read moreHonestly wish I could leave zero stars but it won’t let me! I’ve heard enough news on this burger king, hope you know you’re famous- and not in a good way. After reading reviews from 1-3 months ago, it is clear the staff here is not good, except for the one lady who was recently fired. Read one review that stated staff was arguing or messing around behind the counter- very unprofessional. But hey, let’s get rid of the lady who was the only one who showed up to her shift, called to try and let management know no one showed up- no one responded, so she worked like any other normal day, mind you a 12 hour shift ALONE, and not one complaint did she have. But let’s keep all the staff that didn’t show up that day 👏! I hope this burger king receives no business moving forward, until proper action is taken and this lady receives her job AND a raise! The BBB will also most likely be contacted on this situation, from multiple people as this issue has gone wide spread online, so whosever name is on that door better act fast! JUSTICE FOR THIS...
