Found hair in cake and instead of her taking accountability she called &said “i have a whole business where i bake at im not baking out of my house it’s your word against mine” 😵‍💫 WEIRD &to top it off it was a rush order which the fee it $75 so that’s what she refunded but originally only offered to give a credit for “next time”. She stated that she don’t do refunds no matter the situation and being that she did “extra” which took time from her family she doesn’t feel entitled to give a refund. She said instead of my background people saying that was nasty they should’ve said “ black queen keep going” which i agree keep going sweetheart but ACCOUNTABILITY has to be learned before anything ma’am! My cake was supposed to be strawberry instead it was confetti which tasted as if it was baked long time ago and just froze to preserve. That’s one of the reasons i felt she accepted the last minute order and gave a “free” dozen of strawberry cupcakes. All around her customer service has a long way to go.. as a business person the first thing you supposed to do is take accountability never tell someone they’re wrong. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but hearing how she handled the situation led me here!!!
