Several issues today . Terrible service… started off with a Slow drive through line in the line I was waiting in … they were ignoring the line I was in while the other line was moving faster even with another car that came after me cutting ahead of me … I was thinking I gotta get back to work and no one even said hello hold on ect … nobody said hello and I was about to drive away, and I just decided to say hello and then finally someone came on the speaker sounding annoyed … I was willing to let that go I figured maybe it’s a rough day ok …
I was just hoping I can get a quick meal before having to run back to work. So then I drove to the window to pay and the girl handed me my bag and said have a nice day and I told her the same so as I was driving away to eat knowing I had to be back at work in 15 mins and was hungry I noticed that they forgot part of my order and I was not going to have enough time to go wait back in the long slow line and then not be able to eat having to wait for service just to get the missing part That would’ve made me late for work …
so I called And told them part of my order was missing and asked if I could come in and get it another time because I wouldn’t be able to come back since I was driving to workand she said she needed my full name So I gave it to her and She told me they would only be able to give me the rest of the order today not another day and that they can only send me a coupon by mail So then she asked for my home address to send me a coupon and I said can she have my email address instead and send it there and she said no they don’t do it that way she said they will only take my house address and if I don’t like that, then there’s nothing they could do about it… so then I got upset and I said you know what the whole service there today was terrible and now you’re asking for my house address which I feel is invasive so I’m going to call the corporate office and she said OK. Have a nice day like she can care less she just kept saying have a nice day but honestly, if she wanted me to have a nice day, she would’ve been more concerned with giving me quality customer service not just saying have a nice day in a meaningless Way Stressing me out on my way to work making me have to go out of my way to contact them and then asking for my house address over something like this and I don’t know what she’s gonna do with that information. Leave it sitting out on the counter that’s very invasive.
So I called the customer service hotline and spoke with a nice woman there and I told her what happened. I asked her if that is Chick-fil-A’s policy to ask for peoples house address and she said no it is not required that they can actually email it or send it via mail to someone’s home. So the fact that this location has a rude person saying they could not email it and there’s nothing they can do about it even though I already paid for my order and did not receive it is...
Read moreDespite the high score you see for this location, there are problems that they do not tell you about. They completely disregard customers who come in the actual dining room and order. This is now the third straight time and a month that I have seen orders of people that entered the dining room after me get their food before me. All I order is a simple Chick-fil-A sandwich waffle fries and nuggets. The three easiest things to make and the things they had the most sitting around underneath their heat lamps. But yet they repeatedly say they are holding items but they won't explain what they're holding them for.. I guess instead of being polite and waiting my turn even though based on the timer on my phone it took 10 minutes to get sandwich nuggets and waffle fries. Instead of being a calm individual, I should raise my voice flag down any server that is close to me and tell them I've been waiting here for a very long time so where is my food? cuz that guy got his food within 30 seconds of doing that yet when I asked where my simple order was I got the story of now holding items and it still took three more minutes. A total of four or five minutes after a man who came in 4 or 5 minutes after me got his food because he basically asked for it. I don't think I should have to ask for my food when I am the only person waiting for food other than the doordash people and that angry man. Please don't let the my pleasure that they all robotically state to you upon walking away from you as being good service. Surfside Chick-fil-A has...
Read moreThank God, he led us to Chic-Fil-A today!
Definitely pleased with our experience, as always. Although a family member experienced a somewhat common medical episode, the delightful staff responded magnificently. They took the time to listen, understand the immediate and long term concerns, and address our requests with prompt and effective service.
The care rendered was above and beyond, and for that I couldn't be more grateful. Ms. Donna and Rhonda were instrumental in providing outstanding service through the duration of our dining, and ensured we were comfortable and cared for throughout.
Our server Bri, and Gabi?-unsure of spelling- did their parts in stellar fashion. Clearly cornerstones of an outstanding team!
After the circumstances were resolved, and the experience had settled, Ms. Donna and Rhonda continued to check in and ensure all was well, while still remaining cognitive to the experiences of other customers, the service of fresh food, even the cleanliness of the restrooms (even offered us the opportunity to use the bathroom prior to cleaning commencement).
I cannot say enough about the place, in a great way. They're stellar every time, and the first ever dine in experience, despite the self-imposed hardship, was an absolute delight to have. I can't name many, even one, establishment off the top of my head, who reaches this degree of Customer Satisfaction. We will be...
