4 of us (2 couples) ordered today at Craft Taco. Before placing our order, I asked if drink refills were free and the cashier nodded. We placed our order, got our food and sat down to eat. I went to get a refill, the gentleman making the food pulled me out of the line and offered to refill my cup. I went back (hot day in SC) for another refill and was rudely told to wait in line but a third gentleman. So I did, 10 mins later when I made it the front of the line, the cashier told me that I had already used my ONE free refill. I said “you never said only one refill.” He insisted he did. I went back to our table and asked the 3 other people w me if I was mistaken and they all agreed that the cashier had just nodded when I asked if they have free refills. My friend then got up and went to get HIS free refill and the gentleman who originally told me to get in line refused to fill my friend’s cup and said “y’all are trying to scam us.” My friend insisted he wanted his refill and the same gentleman said “if I see her drinking from this cup I am going to drop a ticket for the drink on your table.” This entire interaction was...
Read moreIf I could’ve given o stars I would’ve. Visiting here. Never ordered before. Person taking money grumpy. My daughter ordered tacos and was given soft shell but wanted hard. She told them and they proceeded to tell her she didn’t specify. She apologized but they rolled eyed. They then dumped the tacos fillings in a container and put the hard shells on top. She said she didn’t want it like that. She got me. I told them that she wanted the filling in the shell. They said she could put the fillings in herself so they didn’t waste the food. Then guy said she didn’t specify. I said they shouldn’t have assumed and if she didn’t say they should’ve asked. Ithry started loud talking me when I said they needed to remake the tacos. I shouldn’t have had to ask that anyway. Who serves someone that way. They continued to loud talk me in the restaurant full of people and then tried to blame me. It’s not our fault you obviously don’t like your job. Read moremy family and i visited yesterday. we were going to eat there but i wasn't happy for the the employee. the young was lady was nice and spoke well. the customer called her the b-word in my opinion for absolutely nothing. we was next in line so the cashier thanked the customer than asked us was we ready. that same customer stepped back to the cashier and told her she rude and the cashier said thank you you have a good day and the customer called her the b-word. i wasn't going to write my review but i hope and pray that that cashier doesn't lose her job because she definitely doesn't deserve that. i understand people got their own opinion of customers are always right but in this case the customer was most definitely out of line and this is coming from a customer relations representative . i hate this happened to the...
