To save reading time, go with the bowls here. More later. I had mixed feelings about this place. We went with another couple and we all thought the food was good, but we were not enamored with the overall experience. FIRST, their ordering process is quirky. Upon completing your order you get a number card. It most restaurants, that means someone will bring your order when ready. Not here. You have to listen for your number and then go back to the counter to get it, even though they have staff just stand around doing not much. SECOND, the tacos are quite small for the price charged. I know pricey “gourmet” tacos are a thing now, but this would not qualify as a gourmet restaurant but rather a quick drop-in eatery. Our simple dinner for two still came in at over $25 with tip (which was expected at the time of ordering). Given the lack of any service, I would not tip next time. THIRD, one of us ordered a bowl which actually came in a styrofoam container. She was the only one who felt they had enough to eat and even took some home. The rest of us were still hungry when we left. Bottom line? Given all the nearby options, this is not a place that I will revisit.

Solid and authentic flavorful Mexican fare. Food: The fish tacos took me back to my fav from San Diego. The quesa barilla was delicious but took a while to make. The street corn had the perfect balance of charred sweetness and salty and spicy cheese. Salsa bar: the different salsas were a perfect compliment to the tacos. I suggest taste, then mix and combine flavors to suit your taste. The location of the salsa bar is awkward and kind of crowded over 2 tables, but appropriate for the space. Atmosphere: The decor is bright and festive. Check out the fun Cuchos logo swag Location: Right in the heart of the Cherrydale hub bub. On Pleasantburg easy to access from 385/Downtown/Pelham Rd/Travelers Rest. Value: Definitely felt the Cherrydale/Furman/Montebello influence, but I left full and so satisfied!

We came for the Birria Tacos & they were WELL WORTH IT. My husband got the Steak Korean Takos & said they were delicious as well. The guy at the front said it takes them a VERY long time to marinate & cook the meat that goes in the Birria tacos & it really shows. He said they sell out just about every night. They were absolutely amazing & totally worth the cook time & our 30min drive to eat them Lol I then went back up there & ordered the grilled chicken tacos. I was skeptical about the lime ranch, but omg you have to try it!! Adding that we come here for taco tuesday once a month. Today i tried my 1st fish taco. I'm big mad I've missed out on these angelic tacos my whole life. The fish taco is my new fave!

Was driving by and seen this place decided on giving it a try. And glad I stopped by the food was good and you got a decent amount for the price. I got the street taco asada and 2 bucks you can't beat that price. I also got the asada French fries for like $9 those were pretty good too. The stake the use for their food is not dried up or overcooked it is actually still juicy. They have a nice little salsa bar. They have some nice murals painted. They do allow indoor dining and I noticed that every time someone was done eating an employee was coming behind them and wiping the table down. By the looks of it the place it looks new.

Tried this place on Black Friday. Walked up to the counter and ordered Coconut Shrimp Tacos, Kids Quesadilla with beef taco, a beef burrito, side of black beans, and street corn. The coconut shrimp tacos were unbelievably delicious. The coconut shrimp had the perfect crispy textue coupled with a sweet mango sauce. My daughters Quesadilla looked crispy on the outside and chessy on the inside. She said it was delicious. My husband's burrito was a generous portion and stuffed full. He said it was better than any other place we've gone.. Watch out Tipsy Taco and Willy Taco, this place is the perfect combination of delicious and fast.

Man this place has changed since it first opened I guess once it got popular they’ve gone down in quality and service. Tonight I called in a pick up order I decided to go in to get it since it usually takes forever to pick up in the drive through. They were busy but they only had one register open even through there was plenty of workers standing around not doing anything. When I got home to enjoy our steak burritos about half way through I bit into a lime. Ruined my whole appetite. I don’t know if I’ll be back here even their cheese sauce is smaller than before.
