THIS DOMINOES IS THE BEST! E.MAINST. DUNCAN, SC THAT I HAVE HAD OUT OF A FEW OTHERS THAT I CAN SPEAK ABOUT IN WHOLE SPARTANBURG COUNTY. THEY ARE QUICK, FAST, AND THE PIZZA IS ALWAYS SMOKIN HOT WHEN THEY DELIVER IT. I CAN SAY WHAT MAKES THEIR PIZZA BETTER THAN ALL THE OTHERS IS THEY DONT GO CHEAP ON THERE PIZZA DOUGH OR THEIR CHEESE! ILL PUT IT THIS WAY, IF YOURE PIZZA LOOKS LIKE IT HAS 100 HOLES IN IT! AND THE DOUGH ISNT SOFT & THE CHEESE IS NOT STRECHY ! THEN YOU HAVE YOURSELF CHEAP MADE PIZZA THATS EVEN WORSE THE NEXT DAY! Tonight I order a Buffalo Chicken pizza along with two others. When I got home, my buffalo chicken had NO chicken and NO buffalo sauce on it, just cheese and bacon. I called the store to get it corrected and see if they could deliver to keep me from having to go back to the store. After putting me on hold twice, they said No. I argued, raised my voice a little but never cursed. I was trying to understand why they couldn’t deliver the pizza. When I said I would file a complaint with their corporate office, the kid said “**ck it” and hung up on me. I drove back to the store furious and no one could remember speaking to me. I was issued a refund, but I will never return to this store. I will drive to Reidville to order Dominos...

Bad experience back to back and customer service is always terrible. First time I ordered curbside, I sit outside for about 30 minutes before I go in, and they tell me that they don't do it there. So I would have still been out there if I wouldn't have went in, with no apology. Second time I ordered the $5.99 take out special, which was pizza and pasta. Get there the pasta isn't $5.99. Told them I have ordered this before and it's on the website and even advertised on TV. All they said that they don't have control over prices. That is false advertising.
