the worst service I have ever had. First I arrived to pick up my order and the clerk was talking on the phone and preparing a tea (I thought it was for some customer but the second he was drinking it) I stood there for several minutes trying to get him to see me but it was impossible, he He never looked back at me. Until a while later, a woman from the back came out without much desire to work and I told her that part of my order was missing. To which she, without almost speaking, goes and looks for my jelly halfs of twelve donuts and puts them in a box and gives them to me, I, excited, sit down in the place to taste my coffee and my phones, but everything was extremely cold, I return I tried to talk to one of the employees to ask if they could warm me up and no one turned to see me even when I was their only customer, and then I went to tap the table as if to get their attention and the man He had been ignoring me for a long time and turned to look at me with very contemptuous, I'm-going-to-kill-you eyes, but he still didn't move from his spot and the woman from the back came out again and I told him that my order was ugly and that if he could heat my donuts at which she simply said no with her head and I asked why not and she just kept turning her head contemptuously and...

The bigger young yt girl gave me muffin instead of coffee roll. Didn’t notice till I got home. No big deal. Drove back over there returned the muffin & asked for a coffee roll. She asked “was that not a coffee roll I gave you” I said no it’s a muffin. She then mumbled something & kept working on a big donut order she was already doing. After about 5 minutes I asked if she could just go ahead & grab my coffee roll since I had to drive back over here & she didn’t say anything. Another girl over heard & came over & gave me my coffee roll. I was polite the entire time. Don’t know what’s up with that girl but if you can fix an issue YOU caused in 5 seconds you fix it in 5 seconds. Literally took the other girl 2 seconds to hand me the coffee roll. I was so happy when this location opened and at first they were awesome. I go to Dunkin before work every morning, I am not going to this location anymore. I waited one day for 10 minutes after ordering a sandwich in the drive through and they told me to pull around. I had to go in to get my sandwich. It was sitting on the drive through cart and they were all chatting. The last two days I ordered coffee and I get my coffee extra cream, vanilla shot and Splenda. They are not putting cream in my coffee and when I say anything I get an eye roll and attitude because I want them to fix it. It’s so not worth going here if you’re going to get an attitude because the employees are not doing their job. It’s a waste of time and money.
