Ordered 2 subs approximately 3 weeks ago on the app. For some reason it double ordered. They knew this had happened when we picked up our order and had only made the 2 subs instead of 4, but we were charged for 4 through the app. We were told they could not give refund in the store so we had to go through the app. That was a nightmare so went back to store. Spoke with a young male manager, who told us he could give us subs on our next visit, which was fine. He wrote our names down in a book and what we had ordered. Went to the store tonight to redeem them, and a young rude manager who was female by the name of Lucy,which I’m sure was not her real name spoke with my husband and he was told that there was no book, and she couldn’t be giving subs away for free. So pretty much called him a liar. So we left and got our subs elsewhere. I called her myself and was denied any information of her managers name so I would know who to come speak to and was hung up on. Read moreThis is my second visit to this firehouse sub location. The first time I was really disappointed. The place is immaculately clean but the orders were incorrect and we didn't realize until we got home. The sandwiches themselves were sub par. I had no intention of going back but my birthday was recently and they sent me an email for a free medium size sub. Because it was free and we were in the area I stopped by. This time things seemed to be running a lot smoother. The sub was the brisket with cheddar cheese and sweet baby ray's bbq sauce. My son chose it because I wasn't hungry but didn't want to pass up a free sub. Well it looked and smelled out of this world and he said it was fantastic. A very nice sandwich for absolutely free! I was impressed. The menu it pretty extensive for a sub shop with vegan options included. Very friendly workers and like I said it is very clean which is a plus. It's been a minute since I've been to this location but not that long and I clearly remember last time I went you could put your phone number into the machine before you placed your order and then it kind of told you how many points you had or at least you would know if you had points to use with your order. This location did not have that and after asking about using my number and placing the order, the cashier had to cancel my order because she never put my number in the first time. I kind of blew it off, but when I got home and looked at the receipt, I noticed that I had enough points that I could have gotten another sandwich and the cashier certainly didn't mention it. Also, usually they put a receipt on each sandwich so you don't have to open up each one to see which one is which, and we had to do that with this location, so again the food was great, but like I said, it's the little...
