Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in West Columbia

First I'd like to mention I buy pizza from this particular location on an average of about one to two times a week for at least the past year. I have had more unapproved services to where I should have reported this place to the BBB already... However, I understand good help is hard to get and there is always new faces so I keep coming back not only because it is the most convienient on my way home from work rather in the hopes that they will get themselves together one day.

1. after 8:30pm they won't make anything unless it's a $5.00 promo
2. at 8:30pm they are already cleaning up to close AT 9:00 instead of locking the door at 9pm THEN cleaning up.
3. having to wait on my Hot-N-Ready, I am subject to the staff drama.
4. the chunky white boy that acts like he is suppose to be management is rude and disrepectful
5. they act like they don't hear you when you try to get someone's attention
6. the skinny black girl with the puff on the top of her head almost made me go over that counter for talking back to me when I stressed that there is no reason for me to have to wait 20 minutes for a Hot-N-ready. a) she made the excuse "well, it's after8pm" me: that doesn't matter b) "yeah, it's a promo" me: that does NOT matter c) "unintelligible" while twitching her head holding up her finger walking away to go talk to someone me: that still doesn't matter 20 minutes is a rediculous wait for a hotNready! d) "so whatchu want? You want your money back?" Standing like she owns the company Me: YES! Yes that would be GREAT!

URRRGH! so the ONLY reason I'm reporting here and NOT to corporate is some gentleman who came to give me my money back also gave me a free pizza and offered if I wait he would also give me my order of the promo pretzel pizza free of charge. I could not wait because I would have went to jail on that female. It would be satisfactory for me to say I hope she loses her job but I am not one to wish such things of people who are obviously in some type of special need and she needs to learn that regardless when you work with public, you may not like that customer for whatever reason but you still have to work with them because ITS YOUR JOB to give prompt courteous service. It is what you are PAID to do. If you don't like your job, quit. Otherwise do your job collect your check and go home. I do hope her boss gave her a stern...

Ran in for 2 Hot-n-Ready pizzas, and experienced the worst customer service ever, from this location. Caucasian younger female aka rude employee(pimple face caked in make up)..I enter the establishment, and stand at the counter to order. She started to speak to 2 other customers, without any acknowledgement of me(a regular customer), then stares at me annoyed, I say you’re supposed to say hello or greet the customers, she immediately yells “No we not gone do this, I don’t have to take your order.” I call for another employee, not sure if the woman who actually took my order was the manager or not, however I explained my issues concerning the rude employee, and she informs me, “She’s going through or dealing with a lot, she just loss her baby.” I stated to the younger female, I’m sorry you loss your child, and her response “Just get your pizza bruh.”. Now I don’t know if she loss her child to death or DSS, and due to her nasty attitude, now nor do I care. As a respectful paying customer, all I want is good customer service, cos that’s really what I pay for. Now concluding this review, as I told the rude employee The world does not, and will not stop revolving around you, because you’re going through something. I don’t know who owns this location, but as long as this younger female is an employee, you’ll gradually lose business…you’ve definitely lost this families and local...

The food here is very good. You can easily order healthy food here. Cheese Pizza and Lemon Brisk Tea are always available. If you ask nicely I'm sure they'll make a veggie pizza with no cheese or marinara sauce. Usually there is water in the cooler. You can always play on the bouncy ball machine or a Nintendo Switch or a mobile gaming device if you want too. Not only that there is a gym and a hobby lobby right next door if you feel the need to drink soda eat brownies and go for a quick walk. The ownership group and the staff are very friendly to every door dash driver and regular college student that comes in and pays with cash however most customers use cards and it is preferred here to use a card. The service is excellent if you're short on time and you want to pickup an order or if you have been shopping and your kids show up wanting pizza the patience for children is always incredible.
