So let me start off by saying that I usually donāt give reviews as a customer even though in my profession I understand the importance of customer feedback. Here we goā¦I walked into the store after flying back home late from work (firehouse is not usually my top 20 choices) I wanted something that I hadnāt had in a while. Iām greeted by a young man who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. (Wowed)I tell the guy that I am picking up for a call in order. He politely interacts with me and I noticed the new cold sandwich menu so I decide to order on the fly. In just 7 minutes of me being in the store I had such a positive experience that I ordered another sub. Fast forward, I get in the car and leave while explaining to my wife on the ride home, how pleased I was with my experience. Get home, start eating, and I discovered that they left off one of my sandwichesš³. I immediately call and get the same gentleman that greeted me when I walked in. He not only apologized, but I could actually hear it in his heartš³(wowed again). I proceeded to tell him how I was so pleased from my short experience and that I hated that this one error almost tainted my experience. He responded again, how this error had actually disappointed him as much as it did me! (WOWED AGAIN), cause he meant it! It was so genuine the experience actually got BETTER!!š³š³š³. Long story short, good customer service CHANGES EVERYTHING!!! Great Job to the GM, you rock...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was my first trip to a Fire House Sub ever. The experience was not good. We came in at 9:00pm and they close at 9:30pm. The staff was more concerned with cleaning and leaving at 9:30pm then they were helping customers. There was 2 young boys there, one behind the counter and one out in the dinning room. I had to ask for assistance. When I did a female came out from the back. She took our order and then left. The drink machine was out of EVERYTHING accept diet soda. I asked if they had tea and was told they were out. We paid for 2 drinks and did not even get to drink anything. They did not offer to refund us money back for the drinks so I asked if I could get a bag of chips instead. The 2 young boys just continues to clean and mop around us as we ate. Another couple came in and a third employee, tall boy came out from the back and took their order. They asked for tea and miraculously they came up with a cup full for that couple. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just left the woodruff rd store for the 2nd time tonight. I stopped on my way home from work earlier and ordered 3 sandwiches to go. As I sat down to wait the only 2 other occupied tables all stood to leave, I was the ONLY customer there. 15 minutes later I received my sandwiches. I went home got my family around and sat down to eat and ALL THREE sandwiches were COMPLETELY wrong. I called the store to tell them and let them know I was on my way back to fix them. This time it still took over 10 minutes to fix my food. They were rather busy this time though and as I waited they gave a lady her sandwich and offered her a free cookie for her wait. My name was finally called and I received my fixed sandwiches, that's it... I was NOT impressed. I will say this, I did not say anything to the manager because there were other customers and I did not want to cause a scene. I know I would not have been able to hold my temper.
