Fuji Express — Restaurant in South Carolina

I will say my orders are usually good when I'm ordering for myself, but I don't know how to rate this because there is always an issue with the order if I order anything beyond 1 meat hibachi chicken. 2 days ago, I ordered teriyaki chicken and shrimp, no veggies but I wanted mushrooms...I got the shrimp, I got the rice, no veggies and I got the mushroom...but no chicken. That has happened twice now, before it was steak and shrimp I believe, and I didn't get one of the meats. I once ordered steak and chicken, and got them both thankfully, but the steak was pink. I think they were rushing. I usually order for someone else in addition to my order, and it never fails, I find out that something was wrong with their order which makes me look bad. I began to think it was me, maybe how I order it, but this last time we went over the order twice on the phone and again in the store. I peeked inside at their order before I left and saw there wasn't any veggies, and I saw the mushroom and shrimp. I overlooked checking for the chicken, which was my fault I guess because I thought the issue was going to be missing mushrooms, so when I saw that mushrooms were there, I left... But once again, I found it wasn't received correctly, the teriyaki chicken...

Terrible…. Take my word for it and stay away. Ordered my plate with the vegetables that came with the plate. (Broccoli&Carrots). NO Mushrooms listed as a vegetable that came on the plate. Got my food and noticed it was literally swimming in nasty looking mushrooms. I politely told the employee that I did not want mushrooms and I ordered it specifically without them. Instead of an apology and a quick fix, I was mocked by him and told he wasn’t going to fix it. Terrible employees. The owner should be ashamed for hiring them and should not be able to stay in business treating customers that way. This restaurant is a disgrace to so called “Japanese food” and should be shut down. At least hire employees that know how to understand what you are saying and if a dish comes with an added vegetable LIST IT ON THE MENU. Highly disappointed and will...

First time I stopped here I wasn't really expecting much. I got pleasantly surprised. Really, really good hibachi and teriyaki style dinners. I tried the tempura once too and it was better than expected. Every time I stop here I want to try something different because everything I have tried has exceeded my expectations. I suspect it's not just me either. This place is always mega busy with pick-ups and drive-thrus at lunch and dinner. The dining area is meh, typical fast-food joint tables and chairs but everything is clean and well cared for, so it isn't unpleasant. You might spend more for Japanese in Greenwood, but it won't get you...
