The store manager Shawn is a joke. I ordered furniture from them in October the nightstands was on back order and they ordered them. They delivered the bed dresser and mirror while the guys was unloading the head board they dropped it and it now has a piece of the wood missing from the top of the headboard. The drivers called Shawn and i spoke to him he said he can take off a 100 dollars off the sales price or he can order a new head board. I went with the new head board. So today i called and spoke to andrew and they said my nightstands where in so i drove 30 mins to Greenwood and when i got there they only had one night stand and not two and my headboard hasnât even been ordered. So the manager went to say you need to make your payment before you can get the night stand i told him i am not making a payment until i get all of my furniture that i have been waiting for since October. Shawn is very rude and unprofessional if he doesnât know how to treat customers then he doesnât need to be in this type of business. The only reason i still do business with them is because of Mrs tanese she is the most absolutely sweetest women and very professional and will go the extra mile to treat her customers with respect and makes sure that her customers are happy when they leave. On Monday, I went to pick up what I had bought. Everything was going well. I didn't have time to put it all together because I had to pick up 2 more things.Then on Thursday night, I started to put everything in its place and I realized that 2 things were damaged (headboard/entertainment center). Today, I went to speak to the store manager about my damaged items. The entertainment center will be exchanged, surprisingly. The headboard came with a giant crack and itâs deep inside. The store manager was no help!! He ACTUALLY suggested for me to paint it with a black marker!!!! Bobbie assured me theyâd be put together at no cost, but I would pay for delivery. Bobbie called me on 2/12 saying my chairs were in but sheâs had to to have them put together. A week later I find out not only are my chairs still not put together, but Bobbie no longer worked there. I took another week of calling to speak to Shawn the manager who assured me heâd make it right. Delivery came and I only received 2 chairs.
