Big Lots — Local services in Greenwood

Terrible customer service! We were lied too twice. We were looking to buy a gazebo and one employee told us to wait til July 7th because it would be 20% off. We called a few days before the 7th to make sure they still had the gazebos. We were told over the phone that they only had one in stock. So we take off work to drive to the Greenwood store to buy the one we were told was left. Once at the store they had 5 in stock. Furious that we had taken this time off work to drive to the store to find out we were lied too!!!! Jason an employee at that store told us he would put our name on one of the in stock gazebos so we could pick it up July 7th. We came July 7th to pick up the gazebo and they have sold out. Lies and alot of time and travel to this store for nothing!! Very unprofessional!! We will not buy from this...

I ran in after work to pick up organizers. I didn't find what I was looking for but pucked up a few grocery/beauty items instead. They had BioFreeze roll-on $3 cheaper than the drug store. And I discovered a tasty new treat - chocolate coated tiramisu bars. Associates began announcing the store was closing soon at the 30 minutes til mark. I went to buy 2 sets of mattress Queen Size which was two box springs and 2 pillow top mattresses. Had a great experience with them and the mattresses lets me rest so much better than my old set. I would recommend anyone to go to Big Lots to get your mattresses. They are both made by Sealy posturepedic. I bought the more expensive set bc you get what you pay for and these 2 sets will last...
