This place deserves the 5 stars. It has a large and small dog park equipped with water fountains for pets and people. Bathrooms are clean for a park. Nice walking trails that are clearly marked but do not make you feel like you are on a track but you in nature. There is a clear gravel walking track around the pond with a nice fountain. You have ducks, fish, and turtles. The play ground is nicely done with slides and a sand pit. Nice garden areas supported by local businesses. People really respect this park and keep it clean. All dogs were leashed. Quiet and nice place to spend a few hours. Picnic area are provided covered. Definitely a worth checking out. Oh and there are bike trails specifically for bikes only!

Great place to see fish, ducks, geese, and turtles. Great place to go for a quiet short stroll. Tight gravel pathway accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. Benches dispersed throughout. Nice size dog park, with partitions for different size dogs. Nice 2 mile trail on the woods where you can wander and explore. Playground areas for young children. Fountain in the center of the lake. Very well maintained. We ran into a volunteer who mentioned that they have a volunteer come by everyday to help keep the park clean and the animals fed.

Such a pretty park to come to, they have a playground, a dog park, a nice little pond with ducks and turtles. We like coming here for walk since they have walking trails and bike trails going through with benches all around the park! Has restrooms outside when you first park so i do recommend this park! Very nice environment!

I absolutely LOVE taking my pup to this park.

It's peaceful & quiet even when full of people and dogs. Most people are really good about cleaning up after their pets. And most people kindly acknowledge each other.

The best part is that I can easily walk the trails with my dog in spite of heart & leg problems. The trails are mostly level and well maintained paths help me keep my footing and balance. And when I went last, new walking trails and bike paths had been opened. The park itself it well maintained and has every necessary accommodation you can think of. Small and large ogs EACH have an area to run off leash and more than adequate leash trails. There are picnic areas, a covered area, AND PLAYGROUNDS for SMALL children. Benches are placed all around for resting. The restrooms are neat and we'll maintained (& available year-round). Poop Bags are available at the trail and yard entrance, and have been stocked every time I've been there.

And, of course, my Roxie loves the park as well. You should see her react when I tell her we"re going to the park !! She knows the word and what it means .... and her excitement is catching as she bounces off the walls with anticipation.

Overall, I have no complaints about the park ... Except perhaps just 1 .... I wish there was a park just like it in South Greenwood where I live !!! But there isn't, so I'll continue to make the cross town trek with my pup just as often as I can. It's well worth the time and effort I have to expend to get there in order to enjoy a delightful afternoon with my best...

Milo enjoyed his visit although I found it a little "too woodsy" for my taste, when I'mnot prepared for wood hiking!. We visited the doggy parks first. Loved how there were separate areas for large and small dogs with an entrance area to leash/unleash before entering. There were also some activities in the small dog area to guide your doggy's playtime (jump poles and balls). The water fountain wasn't working though. Then we walked on the trails a little. Milo probably knew which way we were going, but the trail signs confused me. I definitely should have looked for a map before starting on the trails! Our visit was a short one and didn't get to see the entire park. There's a large pond there that I would have liked to explore....
