I am going to write a strange review for KFC. I say it is strange because I am giving them five stars despite AND BECAUSE my take out order was messed up tonight. I say that because we all know what we are getting when we order KFC as far as the food goes... delicious chicken. But the people (especially the manager) earned the five stars.
So here we go... I stopped in for a 12 piece meal tonight just the far side of rush time. When I ordered I was greeted with a big smile and had a coupon that the teller was not familiar with. She quickly called over an attentive manager by the name of Joseph who came and sorted it out. I ordered 3 grilled and 9 extra crispy pieces.
It was going to be a four minute wait so the manager gave me a free drink which I very much appreciated.
Now... when I got home, I found we didn't have any extra crispy (all original recipe) and only two grilled. Normally someone would write a bad review here but let's be honest. This happens with fast food sometimes. I called the store and explained it to Jonathan and he really made up for the error.
THAT IS HOW YOU JUDGE A RESTAURANT. They all will make mistakes but these new folks working here have great people skills and communicate well which I appreciate. They more than made up for the error and I will return a happy customer.

Read moreI specifically asked for TWO SEPARATE ORDERS. I even said I have two different credit cards. I told them my first order, then said for my second order... I'd like a kfc famous bowl with no corn. they said that's fine. I get to the window and she tells me the total is for both orders #13.45. I correct her and say it's two separate orders, and the chicken meal is the first one and hand her my co-workers credit card so she pays for her meal, I pay for mine. I get the receipt back and lo and behold, she didn't change anything. She even had two cups out at first and I corrected her that it was only one drink, the one with the breast meal. She put a cup away and gave me my food. I held out my second card to even see if she'd notice and wonder "hey, maybe that's why he asked for two orders". She just looked at me and I said "so that's it?" she sad yes and to have a nice day and I left. Checked my KFC bowl in the car to make sure they didn't f* up and put corn in it, but I only had a half filled bowl. Must be the famous KFC half filled bowl. And the receipt code isn't printed clear.
