Louie's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in South Carolina

DO NO ORDER THE RIBEYE! Been here many of times and it consistently falls off more and more. Today warranted a review and a final visit. The service was average as always self seated, takes a minute for someone to come wait on you. The waitress today was not polite what so ever she cared more for the alcohol drinking patrons and chit chatting with her co workers more than tending to the family patrons. The drink refills didn’t happen till the end of our visit and when they did we had to ask with empty cups did we need anything else. She proceeded to go chit chat for a solid 10 minutes brings the drinks and at this point we just wanted the check that was surprisingly fast compared to the entire service. So definitely a poor experience based on what we typically deal with anyway flirty girls only paying attention to what seems to be the on lunch break older crowd flirt a little and get some extra tips because based on our experience and viewing that’s most certainly how it appears. Only a few tables in her section and we got visited to take our order and when we was already done eating. One thing I can’t stand is eating with no drink. Now the food seems to be going downhill I’ve had steak here before but today’s ribeye was what appeared to be one off the 20 ribeye for $20 truck in the mall parking lot, half the steak was fat the meat itself was such a weird texture it was almost like folded meat pressed together that pulled apart like a ribbon, now feel slightly sick afterwards I highly recommend not going here unless you just wanna drink alcohol that seems to be what...

Ok I cannot say enough amazing words for this place. We went on a Thursday night and when I tell you this whole place is a whole vibe. The low lights the music it was such a cool and fun atmosphere. Coming in we weren’t sure if it was self sit or if there was a hostess. I asked this really pretty bartender and she let me know self sit with a big friendly smile. Our actual waitress was also super sweet. Got our drinks and food at a timely manner. Now to brag on the food. It was all delicious and the portions are huge! We order the loaded fries with jalapeños on the side -10/10 on the fries. I had 10 traditional wings in garlic parm and hot buffalo and tat-or tots. They were big wings and the sauces were yummy- 100/10 for both flavor of wings. My fiancé had the Louie Nachos. I got to try some and the seasoning on the chicken and shrimp was amazing also 10/10. I use to love Louie’s. When I first started coming here, it was a place you came to for good wings and drinks. Now service is HORRIBLE if you are not a male. Every time I’m in there I feel like I’m at a strip club. The girls hardly cover themselves. If they don’t think that you’ll be interested in looking at them and will give them a good tip for them having hardly any clothes on, you will get horrible service. I am all about body confidence, but being almost naked while serving at a bar and grill is ridiculous. Not to sound weird either, but considering their shorts are usually up their crack, all I can think about is how they probably pull out wedgies then touch my food. They also seem to make their waitresses dress half naked. They posted a help wanted post on Facebook but stated that they couldn’t take any online applications and that you MUST be in person to put in an application.
