Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

I don't know what's going on with this location but I'm really disappointed in the service and the food. Last time I ordered I choose the option for my food to be brought out to my car when I pulled up since I ordered online. I even made sure to check in that I had arrived. I waited 15 minutes out in the parking lot before I decided to go in and get my order and it had been ready before I even pulled up. None of the employees paid any attention to the computer system saying I had arrived. My order was wrong and it was cold. I spoke to the young lady who was the manager and she was suppose to have notated my account as I watched her pull it up and supposedly type in a credit for our food. I was suppose to have gotten a credit on my account for my food and when I called in to redeem that credit the man who answered the phone tonight said there was nothing noted on my account from my last order on 03/31/2025 and that he knew of the manager I spoke to and that she no longer works there and there is nothing he can or will do for me. This is unacceptable and had I known this is how things would have been handled I would have asked for a refund that day and never took the "credit" - that doesn't exist and took my business to another pizza place like I...

I ordered 2 normal pizzas off the menu, nothing special. One was a cheese pizza with traditional crust the other was a thin crust sausage. The thin crust was almost burned on ether edges and bottom and the whole thing had that singed flavor. The cheese pizza crust expanded at the edges making all the cheese pool in the center of the pie. So imagine a slice of cheese pizza with 4 inches of crust and 3 inches of thick cheese. Is there no quality control when it exits the oven before they put it in a box?

Me and the kids stopped here because we were looking for a pizza place while driving through Lexington. This is the most amazing customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Christie is the new manager and she took care of us from the moment we walked in and helped us with our menu selection while me and the kids sat there and waited extremely pleasant. Was very very good fresh and had a wonderful taste. They even have paper plates and napkins for you if you want to take them with at no charge. Great customer service, and just a joyful experience. I will definitely drop by here again next time...
