Online ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks at 6:55p on Saturday with estimated delivery of 7:30pm. I called the store at 7:50pm after no further updates, then I was placed on hold by a quick answer of "Thanks for calling Marcos, this is Jordan", Click, not please hold, or be with you shortly, just a prompt click. I remained on hold for 20 minutes and then was hung up on. I called the store back at 8:12p, was reconnected with "Joradn" again. I told him I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on, and have not received updates on my pizza in over 1.5 hours. Jordan said "we are boxing up your pizzas, just waiting on a driver, you should get an update soon." I called the store back at 8:45pm to cancel my order which has been "boxed up" for 1 hour 45 minutes with no driver according to another employee. Jordan then put me on hold for 10 minutes to call his boss. I was then connected with Louis Alverez who told me he could not give me a refund, but I would have to pursue a refund with door dash because they dont have drivers, my order was still at the restaurant during this conversation. Louis told me my order was made and ready to go at 7pm and this is a Door Dash issue. I asked Louis for Marcos corporate help number and he gave me the number for door dash. I called door dash and they told me the order could not be cancelled on their end because it was an online order. I then called Marcos back to be put on hold by Jordan because Louis was smoking a cigarette. After being on hold for 8 more minutes, I called the store back and was told Louis was still outside smoking. Later calls ended in me being hung up on. A dasher showed up at 9:20 pm with my order and I denied receiving it, because my kids already ate and i didnt want to spend $60 on 3 hour old pizza. I was finally told to talk to the GM "Ant" about my refund at 11am on Sunday. I still haven't received a refund.

Read moreI placed a delivery order, which apparently was fulfilled through DoorDash. After waiting two hours, my order finally arrived — but two of my main items (10 plain wings and cheesy bread) were missing. Instead of receiving them, I got chicken fingers. The delivery driver was apologetic and even showed me the inside of her car to prove she hadn’t taken anything.
When I called the store to resolve the issue, I spent over 30 minutes on hold before the call disconnected, then another 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer. The first thing the employee said to me was, “Damn, they stole that shit.” This is both unprofessional and completely inaccurate — nothing was stolen, the wrong order was prepared.
I was told to drive to the store to exchange the incorrect item, despite the fact that I paid for delivery. This forced me to spend additional time and money on gas, which defeats the purpose of paying a delivery fee. Upon arriving, I was informed they had run out of cheese and could not make the cheesy bread at all. The employee, who was working alone without management support, explained that customers would be getting refunds the following day because the manager could not handle the store that night.
While I give credit to the employee for trying his best — he did provide my wings and a brownie as an apology — this experience was unacceptable. From the long waits and missing items to the unprofessional comment and being forced to retrieve my own order, this is by far the worst experience I’ve had with Marco’s Pizza.
I am requesting an immediate refund of my delivery fee and expect this issue to be escalated to...

You accidentally double charged me when I raised a tip for a delivery driver. Should be an easy fix on your end, unfortunately you made it an absolute nightmare. Your GM is a TERRIBLE person for not contacting me back after i was told he would for over 10 days straight. It wouldn't of taken but 30 seconds of his time for a simple apology. I ended up just reversing the charge through my bank.
I would've been satisfied with a gift card. It's not that I needed the money to eat, it's just morally i wasn't letting you keep an extra $30. Especially when I was doing the right thing and helping out the driver by doubling his tip.
Not a good company at all, in the future always do what's right. & don't make it a headache.
I did 500k last year. The amount of time I spent on this was ridiculous and frustrating to deal with a negligent company, but I refused to let you keep anything that...
