McDonald's — Restaurant in South Carolina

When ordering they asked us to hold for a long time, then when they said, "hello how may I help you, we were halfway through our order when they said "Hello how may I help you?" Meaning they cut us off and we were so confused on if they got our order. They said two of the things that we ordered (strawberry banana smoothie and sausage biscuit) and asked what else, so I guess someone tried to jump in in the middle and cut it off. Then when she said it back to us she got the smoothie, the 2 egg cheese bacon mcgriddles, the two sausage mcgriddles, and forgot the sausage biscuit. After we got that straightened out we paid and rolled up to the second window. Where they gave us the medium smoothie, sausage biscuit and 2 egg cheese bacon mcgriddles. They then shut the door and walked away. We sat there waiting for our 2 mcgriddles and when they opened the window again we told them that we were still waiting on our mcgriddles, and the lady started speaking spanish and shut the door before we even finished talking. She got another lady and they came back and we told her the same and once again, before we could finish another lady comes to the window (this one spoke English) and she asked us what was wrong. We told her that we were waiting on the rest of our order, which was 2 sausage mcmuffins and a syrup packet. She asked for our receipt (cutting one of us off midsentence) which we gave to her and she never gave back. She closed the window and left and came back with a SMALL strawberry smoothie. The receipt stated medium and that was not what we were missing at all. She left and we didn't see her again. Another woman came to the window and asked us to pull forward. We explained that we aren't pulling forward, it shouldn't take them long to make 2 mcgriddles and that we were in a hurry (had a doctor appointment). The girl at the window slammed the window AGAIN MIDSENTENCE. She then grabbed a bag on the counter full of random food ( we're guessing the next car's food) and shoved it at us. It was 2 egg bacon cheese mcgriddles, 2 hashbrowns, and a sausage biscuit. We had to leave as we were late at this point, but I am astonished at the lack of customer service or even common decency. I understand if they didn't understand me, but they should know the name of their food. 2 sausage mcgriddles. That's it. In their defense they remembered the syrup and actually gave two, so... Legitimately the worst experience I have had yet with any fast food restaurant. Still don't have a receipt to fill out a complaint on their site....

Wouldn't listen when I was making my order. Wanted to ask the next question without listening to what I said. Had a large order of over $60. Everything was crammed so tight in one bag I didn't want to try and take it all out to check my order. I even asked if my sauce for my 5 orders of 10 piece nuggets was in the bag so I didn't have to check. Was told yes. Drove all the way home to find of course the sauce wasn't there which I guess I could have dealt with even though I paid extra for extra sauce. Then went further in the bad to find and all I had was nuggets and fries. NONE of the 3 double quarter pounders I ordered were in the bad. Not one of my burgers. Tried to call of course no one answered. Frustrated I got back in the car and drove all the way back. With my receipt. The employee was rude as if I had done something wrong and wanted to look in my bag. I didn't have my bag I left what food I did have at home so atleast my kids could eat. Finally after being rude and almost acusing me of trying to scam free burgers or something when I had a receipt from 20 min ago they rudley asked me to pull around to wait for my food. ....like always. I did as told and continued to wait 15 min for them to bring me 3 cold burgers which if I had to wait I would figure they would have atleast been fresh. Amd they forgot my sauce once again and showed she was good and Frustrated that she had to walk back in to get it. It's always bad at this location most of the time wrong or atleast rude people but this was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I have never ever written a bad review in my life. I am a easy going guy. I am not a "Karen" but enough is enough that was beyond terrible. Oh and the burgers all had onions which I asked atleast 3 times BOTH times I ordered them for NO onions. Worst I have ever been treated ever. Awful just awful. Wish I could give negative...

Absolutely disgusting!!! ZERO STARS!!!

First off I was given cold nuggets to start, then when I went back to exchange them, the second batch was raw inside on two nuggets and I didn’t bother to check the rest. Went immediately and asked for the manager and she was disgusted as well but said she doesn’t control how it was cooked because she wasn’t the one cooking it. I asked her: “since you’re the manager on duty, isn’t everything going on inside your restaurant your responsibility?” She didn’t have a response for me to that. To which I replied “well in my full service restaurant when my kitchen messes up it’s my fault for not seeing it, that’s what managers are for, to take the responsibility. Well apparently to the manager lady with the faded out twists, piss poor attitude, and foul mouth staff that lets her line cooks eat with their bare hands and then continue to prep food it’s not her problem. Well I made it her problem and shoved her poor attitude back down her throat because she’s gonna kill someone. I only eat here because of my kids and already detest it, never again will I set foot in this dump!! Staff needs a total overhaul and a manager that will own it, not deflect it off on some 17 yr old that wasn’t the one who cooked my food.

Also the restaurant literally had 1 clean table, and I wiped ours off for us, then when I got our food the first time I mentioned all the tables were dirty and for the 45+ mins we were there while my kids played and I tried not to throw up, NO ONE EVERY CLEANED A SINGLE TABLE. This place just sucks, heck even Walmart is cleaner than this...
