Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Florence

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We were seated quickly but after that all went terrible. We wasted 1.5 hours at this place. Our first waiter disappeared. Then waitress came out and said she was taking over because he was confused. She took the orders and then we never saw her again except once in a while to bring a plate out to another table.

They never checked on us or refilled our drinks. It was so bad everyone in the place was going up to waiter station and refilling their own drinks! It was crazy. Then they ran out of ice. So they were serving people warm soda and tea. Many tables got frustrated with the wait and left. It seemed they ran out of fries too. Plates coming from kitchen were getting less and less fries…until finally no fries were on plates. Our table unfortunately got food after 80 mins or so and no fries. Below is photo of what I was given. Son ordered same thing with warm soda… all for $30. No fries, no ice, no service… I don’t know how this place stays in business.

Someone at our table ordered a salad and was first to get food (after 45 mins). Too bad they forgot her salad dressing. They brought that out 24 mins later after she ate the salad with none… just so they could leave.

We saw another table where someone spilled drink and the glass broke in the table. NO ONE NOTICES…no one helps. Customers were cleaning up the mess with napkins and menus. One of them got cut on the glass. They piled it on a neighboring table. When we left not one server had noticed it or cleaned up the wet napkins, glass, or pile of trash. I felt like we were in the twilight zone.

It was like the wait staff was hiding in kitchen. And the place was not really busy either! Three employees were just standing up front for a long time not doing anything.

Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else! We ate and paid… no sense arguing about fries or other stuff. We just wanted to escape! Both of us were still hungry after our 6 tiny boneless wings with no fries. So we went to neighboring drive thru for food...

Ordered an online order for delivery at 8:38pm. They took so long, my first delivery driver abandoned the order (Ala'Vionna M) and I'm now waiting on a second driver to arrive and deliver. (Whitney O). I'm still waiting on my food to arrive nearly an hour later and I'm only right down the road at the Holiday Inn & Suites. Not sure about the atmosphere, but I'm willing to bet that if and when my food gets here either something will be missing, incorrect, or it will be cold. An hour for 10 boneless wings and fries, a bottle of Pepsi, and some cheese curds is ridiculous.

Update 1 - Currently 10:04pm. Almost an hour and a half since the order was placed and I'm still waiting for Buffalo Wild Wings to give my food to the driver for delivery. At this point you might as well shut the doors on this place if it takes 2 hours for a simple order. Either that or get a manager and employees that actually care.

Update 2 - Currently 10:21pm. Still waiting. According to the restaurant they made my order so either the first driver took my food then dropped the order or the restaurant is lying or someone else took my order.

Update 3 - FINALLY got my food at 10:51pm. Two hours and 13 minutes after placing the order. Changed the food to 4 stars because it was actually fresh since they had to remake the order, however it still took nearly an hour to make the order after they realized the order was stolen. Shoutout to Whitney for sticking with the order and for the good communication!

Update 4 - Knocked the food from 4 stars to 2 due to the fact they forgot the fries. Got the 10pc wings with the cheese curds and Pepsi, but the fries were nowhere to be found.

Will definitely be picking up my own food for the rest of the week here. Only reason why I didn't today was due to all the travelling I did. If you want it done right you gotta go...

I had the absolute best day ever today. My baby sister had her graduation from boot camp. She’s officially a marine! On our road trip back to Jersey we decided to stop at BWW because that’s a place we always go back home. Big mistake. I don’t remember the last time I had such horrible service. Our waitress Victoria should not have a job. The place was barley packed, I’m in the industry I would know. We waited 15 minutes before anyone even came over to ask us what we wanted to drink. We ordered an appetizer (mozzarella sticks) and then the rest of our food. Appetizers are supposed to come out before the entree right? I think this establishment didn’t get the memo. We received our food and no app. That we got about 10 minutes after, hilarious right. Our wings came out literally cold. The manager did switch those out for us for a fresh batch and we appreciate his help. Our waitress also forgot my baby brothers fries which is all he ordered so that’s kinda funny haha. We got our food before we got our silverware, that’s brought to a table with the drinks right? I had to sit and stare at my food while waiting for utensils, maybe that’s why they were cold? We’ll never know right. We decided to take a dessert to go, 30 minutes for a piece of cake and cheesecake bites?? When we opened the boxes everything had already fallen apart and the container of chocolate was literally empty. Unbelievable. If it wasn’t wrong to curse someone out in reviews, Victoria you’d hear a lot out of me. I asked for the receipt 3 times before she even went over to the register. To top it off, your wonderful waitress Victoria decided to give us a dirty look and make smart remark as we were walking out the door.
