Smoothie King — Restaurant in South Carolina

-From a customer name chanelle! Currently still in shock about a wonderful experience ever here a smoothie king! Ive experienced the best top tier customer service anyone could ever not ask for. Just recently on July 4th I went into Smoothie King for a lunch break. I noticed that I wasn’t specific about my smoothie order and the ingredients I wanted. After noticing that there was no fruit in the smoothie I took it back for a remake. Again, after receiving the smoothie without all the ingredients I had ask for I had to call the store once I got back to work. Shout out to the STORE MANAGER, after hearing that the smoothie still was not what I had asked for, he came out of his way with his smoothie king apron on, to the store that I work at which is across town from his store. Not only did he bring the smoothie with the right ingredients but he also made another smoothie with unsweetened strawberries to see which one was the right one. Wow! I do not know this man but God bless his soul because he did not have to come out of his way. I felt so bad and still so shocked. Like I mentioned I have never experienced an out of the way customer service like that. May God bless you and your family with your heart desires, seriously!...

I went to Smoothie King for the first time today, I have a medical exemption for not wearing a mask and advised the staff of this exemption upon them asking me if I had a mask, they told me they could not serve me without a mask. I politely said thank you for my first and last visit. If someone has a medical exemption for not wearing a mask that should not be a basis for not receiving service. My wife and I have been getting smoothies here every Friday since they opened. April 16th will be they last time we get smoothies from this location. I will get the same smoothie every time but it is always different (taste, look), I would expect the smoothie to be the same every time. This last week my wife got a peanut butter-chocolate smoothie and I believe there was no peanut butter or dates added. I tried to hold out and see if they get better but can't spend $12 every week and pray they get it right. Will just get Smoothie King when I am in Greenville...
