I have never had a more disrespectful encounter in public than I had today with store manager Kim Malloy. After searching through the store for 15 minutes to find someone to check her out, my mother (while on the phone with me) came upon Kim at the jewelry counter. When Kim asked how she could help, my mom cheerfully said she had two shirts that she needed checked out. Despite being the store manager, Kim rudely announced that she only helped and worked with jewelry. My mother politely said okay and turned to walk away. I asked what happened and when she repeated what Kim said to her, Kim immediately started yelling at her the different locations of registers in the store. When my mom tried to tell her that she had been there and that there were no employees in sight, Kim started yelling over her and telling her where to go extremely disrespectfully. As my mom turned to walk away, I asked the name of the woman that was yelling at her and Kim loudly screamed that her name was Kim Malloy. That made it easier to write this review...

After approximately fifteen minutes of my browsing for suits, an employee rushed over to me to inform me that I could not try on clothes once I put on a jacket (perhaps I missed it, but I nor my wife did not see a sign). She explained that I could purchase an item and then return it if it did not fit. I support businesses' rights to make policies that work for them; however, I won't be shopping at this location again unless they can keep their customers and employees safe and healthy while also allowing for potential customers to try on clothes, especially items that need...
Read moreIf you don't mind waiting in a line of 10+ people for more than 45 minutes then this review isn't for you. Out of all the registers in the store only one is open with one cashier (who btw was very nice). I know I'm not alone in my thoughts as everyone in the line was complaining that the store seemed to focus more on online sales as well as online pick up rather than the people that were in the physical store. Having two or more employees at the online pick up counter instead of at the cashier counter. If I have to shop from this store again I will be doing so online as there is no need to stand in a line that long for a couple of items This is a retail store...
