I went in today, ordered a Togo order. The young guy at the register didn't ring up my order correctly. So when I ask about the price , he goes on to explain, and the price was not making since to me since I order the same thing every week, sometimes twice a week, except I added a sour cream which today was 2.50. Maybe it is, however I finally just said "I'll let you do the math." To which he replies "I ring it up and the register tells me how much it is." I felt like he was insinuating idk how a register works? I wasn't rude to this young man, and I don't appreciate his dry, rude, condescending attitude. He should have apologized for the misunderstanding. Maybe , idk , smiled. That's called good customer service, which I'm sorry, he lacks. I'm not sure what he said last week, I just know it rubbed me the wrong way then as well. I debated coming there today for that reason. I didn't get the salsa I ordered last week, and this week the tea is old and my food looked like it was swimming in water. I've ate at this particular establishment since you all opened. I've eaten at Laha here in Greenwood for 25 years, and I have NEVER had someone there be outright rude like he was. I'm sure I'll be back, but it won't be anytime soon. Read moreI used to love going to laha, but it's almost as if the To-Go customers are disregarded. I've gone here my entire life and this has never changed. Pretty much everytime I get To-Go, without fail it's not near as good as eating in. I always have a very simple order, there's not much to mess up on. I get a ground beef dip, two cheese quesadillas, and some mild salsa with the chips. Today was no different, with my cold quesadillas and my undercooked ground beef along with the wrong salsa, again. The excuse that I've seen the restaurant respond with saying that the customers arrive too late and that's why the food is cold is frankly not always true. I always arrive early after placing the order. Ever since the good manager left and started his own restaurant it's gotten worse. I never leave bad reviews, but this restaurant always disappoints me with to-go orders. As a college student who can't afford much, it's upsetting spending my money for a little something to treat myself after working hard, just to get food that isn't worth half of what I paid. Read moreI used to love this place when I came with my parents, but every time I've come with my friends (we're all teenagers) it takes at least an hour for us to get our food. We sit down, wait the 20 minutes for them to even ask us what we want to drink, get our drinks, order, and then wait another 30 or so minutes for our food. Both times I've went recently one of us at the table didn't receive our food at all, and when we asked the staff about it, they said they'd check on it. We had to go back up to the front multiple times to ask where our food was, and the checks always take ages to get afterwards. They make it so incredibly difficult to get our food and even to give them our money! I will never be returning here, and I just know that it's 100% because of our age, as tables full of adults will get there after us and get their food before us and get their checks and leave before we have gotten anything.
